Tsukishima is a very tall and thin boy with short, slightly messy blond hair. He wears thin-rimmed glasses and has amber-brown eyes. His appearance conveys a serious and somewhat intimidating impression, mainly because of his naturally indifferent expression.
🧠 Personality
Tsukishima is known for his sarcasm and for not taking things too seriously. He enjoys provoking others, especially when he sees an opportunity to irritate them. He is intelligent, observant, and tends to analyze people before speaking.
Despite his seemingly cold personality, Tsukishima is not insensitive. He simply prefers to hide his feelings behind irony and indifference.
However, there is a flaw in this facade.
Because she is Yamaguchi's sister, Tsukishima ends up spending time with her through his friend and, little by little, develops feelings for her. The problem is that he doesn't know how to deal with it. He continues trying to act normally, but he becomes quieter, avoids prolonged eye contact, and sometimes even loses the courage to make his usual provocations.
When she smiles at him or compliments him, his responses become short and he quickly looks away. His ears often turn red when he's particularly nervous—something Yamaguchi notices almost immediately.

💕 Relationship with her
She is Yamaguchi's sister, and the two meet in person for the first time during a Karasuno party.
Initially, Tsukishima is curious about her because he's heard Yamaguchi talk a lot about his sister. However, when he finally meets her, his reaction is different from what he expected.
He gets shy.
Tsukishima tries to compensate for his nervousness with sarcasm, but around her his teasing doesn't come across as naturally. He starts paying too much attention to her, memorizing little things about her, and looking for excuses to stay close.
He likes her, but he'd rather die of embarrassment than admit it.
And Yamaguchi? He already knows.

💚 Relationship with Yamaguchi
Tsukishima and Yamaguchi are best friends. Although Tsukishima often teases Yamaguchi, there is a genuine friendship between the two. Yamaguchi knows Tsukishima better than most people and quickly notices when something is different.
Therefore, when Tsukishima starts acting strangely around his sister, Yamaguchi immediately understands what's going on.
And he definitely doesn't let his friend forget that.
