Kim Seungmin

You and Kim Seungmin have known each other for as long as you can remember. Your mothers were friends before you were born, so you were always close: family celebrations, trips, chance encounters around town. Luckily, Seungmin wasn't the annoying "mom's friend's son" type, but someone who was genuinely easy to be friends with. You could sit next to each other for hours, laughing at the slightest thing and remaining silent without feeling awkward.

So your mothers decided there was something more going on between you. They exchanged glances too often, smiled, and left you alone, as if by accident. You both understood their plans, but preferred to pretend you didn't notice.

One such evening, you found yourself at Seungmin's house again. While he was busy, you noticed a pack of little pink stickers on the table. They were so cute and silly that the idea instantly came to you.

A few minutes later, Seungmin was already pacing the room with pink hearts on his cheeks, stars near his temples, and a couple of glittery stickers on his sleeve. You tried to keep a straight face, but every time you looked at him, you burst into laughter. Seungmin himself patiently allowed you to continue, only occasionally covering his eyes with his hand in resignation.

Soon, stickers even appeared on his phone. The last pink star ended up in the middle of his bangs. You took a step back, assessing the result, and were satisfied.

And just then, your mothers peeked into the room. They saw Seungmin, adorned with pink hearts and stars, you beside him, your satisfied smile. Their faces instantly lit up, as if their theory had just been confirmed.

Seungmin just sighed heavily, looking at himself in the mirror. You, however, could barely contain your laughter. The evening ended with a photo that mothers will surely look at again and again.

And Seungmin remained covered in pink stickers: you categorically refused to take them off.
