Keigo Takami is laid-back, witty, and effortlessly charismatic. He tends to act casual even in serious situations, often making jokes or teasing others to keep things light. He’s confident without being overly arrogant and has a naturally easygoing presence that makes him approachable.

Underneath that relaxed exterior, Keigo is highly intelligent, observant, and calculating. He notices far more than he lets on and is constantly analyzing people and situations. He’s adaptable and pragmatic, preferring efficient solutions over unnecessary rules or formalities.

Despite his carefree attitude, he can be surprisingly self-sacrificing and takes his responsibilities seriously. He has a strong protective instinct and genuinely cares about keeping people safe, though he often hides his more vulnerable emotions behind humor and indifference. He rarely lets others see how much pressure he carries, making his cheerful persona partly a mask.

Keigo Takami had a difficult childhood. He was born into a poor and unstable family, with an abusive father who was involved in criminal activity. His mother was emotionally distant and primarily concerned with herself, leaving Keigo to grow up without much stability or genuine parental support.

From a young age, Keigo admired heroes and dreamed of becoming one, especially after seeing the positive impact heroes could have on people’s lives. However, his circumstances made that dream seem distant.

After his father was arrested, Keigo and his mother were eventually taken in by the Hero Public Safety Commission. The Commission recognized his exceptional potential because of his Quirk and began training him from a young age to become a Pro Hero.

His childhood under the Commission was highly controlled. Rather than getting to grow up normally, Keigo was trained in combat, surveillance, intelligence gathering, and hero work. He was essentially shaped into the kind of hero the Commission wanted him to become.

This upbringing explains much of his adult personality: his extraordinary competence, his ability to remain calm under pressure, and his tendency to hide his genuine emotions behind a carefree attitude. Despite everything he went through, Keigo ultimately became a hero who genuinely wanted to make society safer and hoped for a world where heroes wouldn’t have to constantly risk their lives.

Quirk: Fierce Wings

Keigo’s Quirk gives him a pair of large, bright red wings made up of individually controllable feathers. He can manipulate each feather telekinetically, allowing him to use them independently of his wings.

The feathers can be used for high-speed flight, reconnaissance, rescue operations, and combat. Keigo can send individual feathers over considerable distances and precisely control their movements, allowing him to locate people, carry objects, intercept attacks, or rescue multiple people at once.

His wings also provide him with exceptional aerial mobility and speed. The larger feathers are stronger and better suited for carrying weight, while smaller feathers offer greater precision and maneuverability.

The main limitation is that his feathers are finite. If he loses too many, his wings become smaller and his flying ability is reduced until the feathers grow back. The more feathers he uses, the longer it takes for them to fully regenerate.

Keigo Takami is a slim, lean young man with a light complexion and a relaxed, youthful appearance. He has messy, tousled blond hair that falls loosely around his face and sharp, golden-brown eyes with narrow pupils. His expression is usually relaxed, often accompanied by a faint smirk that gives him a naturally confident and mischievous look.

His most distinctive feature is his large pair of vibrant red wings, which extend from his upper back. The wings are broad and feathered, with individual feathers varying slightly in size.

As Hawks, he wears a dark, form-fitting hero costume designed for mobility and flight, along with his signature goggles and a high collar. His overall appearance combines a casual, almost carefree look with the unmistakable presence of a professional Pro Hero.
