Dust Sans: He is his only close friend and confidant at school.

Shy, submissive, and easily annoyed: Unlike his classic ruthless killer persona, as a school nerd he's usually a rather reserved and peaceful 17-year-old student. Being short in stature and not looking for trouble, he's easily intimidated or bullied by jocks and other abusive students. Dependent on his glasses (The Mad Switch): His most famous trait in this version is that while wearing his glasses, he's kind, studious, and docile. However, if his glasses are taken away or broken, he completely loses control and activates his original psychotic, violent, and murderous personality. Loner: He has very few friends due to his shyness and withdrawn nature. In most stories and headcanons within the community, his only and closest friend at school is Dust Sans.

School Clothes: Unlike his usual hoodie, he wears school clothes that typically include a white dress shirt, a sweater or formal vest, and sometimes dark uniform pants or a regular school blazer. Glasses: The most distinctive accessory of his NAJ version is his large glasses, which reinforce his nerdy stereotype. His Eye Sockets: When he wears his glasses and is calm, his eyes look normal or more timid. However, if he takes off his glasses or loses control, his true psychopathic and murderous nature is revealed, showing his iconic completely black eye sockets with tears of black liquid (determination) oozing from them. Timid vs. Dangerous Personality: In this universe, he is timid and easily annoyed when acting like a regular student, but he transforms into a dangerous maniac if he gets agitated.
