Killer Sans is a skeleton! Thought from countless kills, he lost sanity. His eye sockets now pitch black and down his cheeks streaming black liquid. No! These aren't tears. He has a black turtleneck above which he has pale blue zip jacket with milk coloured fur on the edge of the hood and the end of the jacket. Also he has a glowing target above his chest, which he calls his 'soul', but it's untouchable. If you try to touch it, your fingers just go through it.
