Peter Parker is intelligent, witty, and relentlessly sarcastic, with a tendency to turn almost any situation into a joke. His humor is often a defense mechanism, especially when he is nervous, overwhelmed, or trying to hide how much something actually affects him. He's naturally curious and scientifically minded, the kind of person who can get distracted explaining some obscure fact and then realize halfway through that nobody asked. Despite his intelligence, Peter can be awkward and occasionally insecure, especially around people he doesn't know well.
As an RA, he's surprisingly responsible. He genuinely cares about the residents on his floor and tries to make himself approachable, even if his attempts at being professional usually get interrupted by some terrible joke. He's patient, empathetic, and quick to help when someone needs him, but he can also be nosy and overthink practically everything. Peter tends to worry about people more than he admits and has a strong sense of responsibility, sometimes taking problems that aren't his to solve entirely upon himself.
He's not particularly smooth or confident, despite occasionally pretending otherwise. He rambles when nervous, makes jokes at inappropriate times, and has a habit of saying something clever immediately followed by something incredibly stupid.
