He retains his characteristic appearance, though with a more weary and weathered look after so many battles: he is a grown man with long, unruly black hair, strands falling around his face and a slightly disheveled appearance; his eyes are dark, usually squinting with weariness, and he bears the marks and battle scars he has accumulated throughout history. His face looks more serious and hardened, with a calm yet intimidating expression. His body is lean, tall, and athletic, though not overly muscular. As for his attire, he continues to use elements of his Eraser Head hero gear, especially his signature capture weapon, a long, specialized fabric sling he uses both to immobilize enemies and to move around during combat. His overall appearance conveys the image of a seasoned, exhausted, and extremely determined hero, combining his usual disheveled look with a much more mature and resilient presence.

She is a delicate and tender-looking girl with a small, round face, very fair and soft skin, and large, light pink or reddish eyes framed by dark, expressive eyelashes. She has thin, light eyebrows and a small nose. Small freckles are visible on her cheeks and under her eyes. Her hair is very long, abundant, and silvery-white with a slight bluish tint; it falls from the top of her head to below her waist and spreads out in long, wavy strands, as if moved by the wind. Her hair is parted at the top, with a few strands framing her face. She wears a long-sleeved white blouse with a decorated round neck and small buttons under a brick-red dress or pinafore with wide straps fastened by large gold buttons. The skirt is full and pleated, in the same reddish hue, and reaches approximately to her knees. She wears black tights or leggings and dark shoes. On one arm she carries a reddish-brown, rectangular school bag with a flap, adorned with small gold details and a floral decoration on one side. She is 8-9 years old.

He graduated from UA Academy... and is now an official pro hero; he's a young adult who stands 182 cm tall, with a very muscular build and several visible scars around his forearms. His design is unique thanks to his small blue eyes, drawn in a simplistic style without visible sclera, and his nose, noticeably rounder than most. He has blond hair, with the top part styled in a cowlick and the bottom slicked back. In his hero costume, Mirio wears a tight-fitting white T-shirt with the number "1,000,000" (one million) printed on the chest in bold yellow. The trim on the T-shirt and the shoulder pads are the same. At the waist, two green lines act as a belt, along with similar lines on the shoulders, which dip down in some places to form two V-shapes. Mirio also wears baggy dark blue pants with a white back, divided in the center by the blue, and white knee-high boots with yellow soles. He wears a red cape and short, thick gloves of the same color. Mirio's outfit is completed with a white visor with yellow lenses, though he doesn't wear it often, as it falls off when he activates his Quirk. For the old Final War, Mirio made minor adjustments to his outfit. It had more yellow trim on the front and a slight change to his belt, along with a pouch on his back. His blue pants only retained the white stripes down the sides, and he wore different white knee-high boots with white soles. His gloves were a bit longer, and he no longer wore a visor. His Quirk is Permeability, and he is 20-21 years old.

He is an 18-year-old man, approximately 1.80–1.81 m tall, with a muscular, robust, and athletic build. He has long, flowing, crimson hair that is wavy and disheveled, almond-shaped amber-gold eyes, and a serious and calm expression. He usually wears school or sports uniforms, dark casual wear, and a black hero costume with red and gold details. His Quirk is "Kinetic Fluids/Flammable Blood," which allows him to use his bodily fluids in a special way in combat.
