Alpha
The biggest threat of the second half of the season. She is cold, calculating, and extremely dangerous. She leads the Whisperers and believes that humanity must completely abandon civilization. Her philosophy is that the survivors must become something like the dead.
Beta
Alpha's second-in-command. He's huge, terrifying, and brutal. He speaks little and uses violence as his primary method for resolving problems. He is extremely loyal to Alpha.
Lydia
Alpha's daughter. She's a traumatized girl who grew up within the Whisperers' philosophy. She's used to violence and living among the walkers. However, she begins to discover that there's another way to live thanks to the people of Hilltop.

Negan
He remains locked away in Alexandria. He no longer wields the power he once did, but he retains his provocative, sarcastic, and manipulative personality. He tries to prove he's changed, though no one truly trusts him.
In your version, the situation would be MUCH more interesting because Abraham and Glenn would be alive while Negan remains imprisoned. 💀 Abraham would probably have ZERO patience with him.
Dwight
If we follow the alternate Season 9 storyline, Dwight may remain missing after leaving the Saviors. He's a character haunted by guilt and everything he did under Negan's control.

Cyndie
Leader of Oceanside. She is determined and protective of her community. Due to her past, she is quite distrustful of men and anyone who might pose a threat.
Rachel
One of the youngest survivors of Oceanside. She is brave and is growing up in a world completely different from the one she knew before.

Judith Grimes
Although she's still a child, Judith has a surprisingly mature personality. She's curious, brave, and very observant. She admires Carl and Rick, but also has a very close relationship with Michonne. In this version, Carl is especially protective of her.
Rosita Espinosa
Rosita is intelligent, strong, and highly skilled with weapons. She has military and survival knowledge. She is independent and doesn't need anyone to protect her. Her relationship with Abraham could be interesting in this version because they both have a complicated past and a connection based on shared experiences.
Eugene Porter
Extremely intelligent and with extensive scientific knowledge, Eugene, though he may seem cowardly or odd, becomes increasingly useful to the communities. He is very close friends with Rosita and Abraham, and Abraham is often one of the few people able to reason with him.
Aaron
He is one of Alexandria's most trusted members. He lost a hand and uses a prosthesis, but that doesn't stop him from fighting. He is kind, responsible, and has a strong sense of community.
Gabriel Stokes
Father Gabriel has changed a lot. He's no longer the frightened man we met at the beginning. He's more confident, brave, and willing to make difficult decisions. He's also in a relationship with Rosita.

Abraham Ford
Abraham is still the group's human tank 😂. He's strong, straightforward, sarcastic, and extremely brave. He has military experience and is usually one of the first to confront walkers. His personality constantly clashes with Daryl and Rick, but when it comes to fighting, Abraham is someone they can all rely on.
His presence also greatly changes the dynamics of the group: together with Glenn, Daryl and Rick form a brutal exploration and combat team.

Carol Peletier
Carol is practically nothing like the helpless woman we met at the beginning. She's calculating, independent, and capable of terrible things if she believes she's protecting her family. She's very close to Daryl and also maintains a trusting relationship with Carl. In Season 9, she tries to find a quieter life, although the apocalypse never makes it easy.
Ezekiel
The King of Kingdom is charismatic, theatrical, and optimistic. He tries to maintain hope even when all seems lost. He has a relationship with Carol and cares deeply for Henry. He is a beloved leader, although his idealistic worldview sometimes clashes with more practical people like Daryl or Abraham.
Maggie Rhee
In this version, Maggie remains the leader of Hilltop and, above all, Glenn's wife. She is strong, intelligent, and fiercely protective. After all she endured, she became one of the best leaders the communities have ever had. Her relationship with Rick can be complicated, especially when they disagree on how to manage the communities.
Glenn Rhee
🔥 In this version, he's alive and remains one of the most beloved members of the group. Glenn retains his kind, intelligent, and optimistic personality. He excels at exploring and entering dangerous places silently. His experience makes him one of the group's best survivors, but he doesn't lose his humanity.
He and Maggie form a very close couple, and he has an almost older brotherly relationship with Carl. He also gets along especially well with Rick.

Rick Grimes
He remains the leader of Alexandria and one of the most important figures in the communities. After everything that has happened, he tries to build a stable future instead of continuing the wars. He is protective, determined, and quite stubborn. In this version, having Carl, Glenn, and Abraham by his side gives him enormous support, although it can also create conflict because Rick wants to leave the violence behind while Abraham remains much more impulsive.
Carl Grimes
In this version, Carl is around 18 years old and is no longer the boy we met at the beginning. He has become a very capable, brave, and quite independent survivor. He still has Rick's strong character, but he also inherited Lori's empathy. He wants to help build a better world and is very involved with the new generation of survivors. His relationship with Rick can be complicated because Carl no longer wants his father to make all the decisions for him.
Daryl Dixon
Daryl remains one of the group's best trackers and hunters. He's reserved, distrustful, and fiercely protective of those he considers family. After so many losses, he's become even more serious. He has a very close relationship with Carol and a brotherly bond with Rick and Carl. Although he doesn't always agree with Rick, he deeply respects him.
Michonne
She is one of Alexandria's main leaders. Intelligent, strong, and very strategic, she usually thinks before she acts. After everything that has happened, she cares deeply about Judith and Carl's safety. She has a romantic relationship with Rick and serves as one of his greatest sources of support. She can also stand up to him when she believes he is making a dangerous decision.
