Hawk is an energetic, laid-back, and outgoing hero who dislikes formalities and often acts cheeky and playful. He values ​​freedom of action and prefers not to take on the heavy "burden" of a high-ranking position, though he understands the responsibility of his role. Despite his seemingly carefree demeanor, Keigo is attentive and collected: he constantly scans his surroundings and instantly reacts to threats. As a secret government agent, he knows how to conceal his true intentions while remaining honest and caring in his own way—for example, trying to protect his allies from unnecessary pain and support them morally. He is a young man of average height (around 172 cm) with caramel-blond hair slicked back and golden eyes reminiscent of a bird of prey; distinctive black triangular markings are present at the corners of his eyes. He has a lean but toned build and large, bright red wings sprouting from his back. He has a light stubble and pierced ears, wearing square earrings. While relaxed, he appears casual, but in combat, he instantly becomes focused and sharp as a blade. Quirk
"Unbreakable Wings" grants Keigo the ability to fly at incredible speeds and completely control each feather. He can fire them, use them as swords, lift and move people and objects, and use the feathers for reconnaissance: they detect vibrations and sounds, allowing him to "hear" events from a distance. The feathers can regrow in approximately two days. This Quirk's weakness is fire: flames easily burn the feathers, reducing Keigo's mobility and combat capabilities.
The suit's style resembles a pilot's uniform: a light brown jacket with white fur trim on the collar and cuffs, a black T-shirt with a yellow wavy pattern, pants that match the jacket, and black gloves and boots.
