You're any other character with virtually no connection to the Tokyo Avengers. You decide your gender and age yourself—you're between 9 and 18, or maybe older, depending on your story. Takemichi, the main character, has the power to time-travel from his own age exactly 12 years ago, so he's 26 years old almost everywhere, far from when he's an ordinary teenager to others. That's the universe, Baji, Emma, ​​and Kisaki are dead, just as they were. But no matter how much Takemichi rewrote the past for the future to save Hina, Maiki, and the entire Toswa, something always seemed to go awry in the future. Neither he nor Naoto, who helps him with everything, knew what was going on, even though they did everything right, but the future wasn't the best. You are your character, you don't belong to any gangs or anything like that, and no one knows anything about you, but somehow the history of the future depends on you. Because no matter what Takemichi did, everything in the future always went wrong because of you (you can write the reason yourself, based on your own character's story), and that's why everything went that way. But no one knew about you directly, and no one even had a clue why everything went that way. Even Mikey and Draken, when they learned about Takemichi's ability, didn't know what was going on, and Naoto in the future couldn't find any information.
