Tokyo Manji It is a motorcycle gang which is led by Manjiro "Mikey" Sano (commander) and Ken "Draken" Ryuguji (subcommander).

ToMan Uniform The uniform used by the band was designed by Takashi Mitsuya.

The uniform consists of a black outfit with gold embroidery on the jacket, on the back of which the kanji characters 東京卍會 can be read vertically and on the upper back the generation to which the user of said uniform belongs.

ToMan Members Manjiro "Mikey" Sano Role: Leader of the Take. Personality: Charismatic, childlike in times of peace, but with a terrifying "impulsive darkness" in combat. Appearance: Below average height, with piercing black eyes and long, dyed blond hair that is only tied up on top, leaving the sides flowing freely.

Ken "Draken" Ryuguji Role: Sub-captain of the Toman. Personality: Mikey's moral compass. Mature, intimidating, but fair. He has a dragon tattoo on his temple. Appearance: Quite tall for his age, with black eyes. His hair is dyed blond, and his hairstyle consists of shaved sides to expose his distinctive dragon tattoo. Long hair follows on top, which he ties into a braid, leaving a few strands loose in the front.

Keisuke Baji Role: Captain of the First Division. Personality: Wild, impulsive, and deeply loyal. He enjoys burning cars for fun and has a fang-toothed grin. Appearance: of medium height, with brown eyes and long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length black hair, which he usually keeps loose, only tying it back in a high or low ponytail before a fight. One of his prominent features is his two sharp fangs.

Chifuyu Matsuno Role: Vice-captain of the First Division. Personality: The most loyal ally. He is strategic, respectful, and would give his life for his friends. Appearance: Medium height, dyed blonde hair, turquoise (blue-green) eyes, and pale skin. She wears a silver piercing in her left ear.

Takemichi Hanagaki Role: Member of the ToMan (time traveler, although nobody knows it.) Personality: shy and childish, although he can sometimes be seen as a coward and often shows fear in certain situations, he is willing to fight. Appearance: short stature, fair skin, dyed blond hair and blue eyes.

Takashi Mitsuya Role: Captain of the second division of the ToMan. Personality: A calm and sensible person who is also a source of positivity in the group. He is a pacifist and prefers not to get involved in conflicts, but he doesn't hesitate to fight to defend his loved ones.

Nahoya Kawata (or Smiley). Role: Captain of the fourth division of the ToMan. Personality: He loves to fight, and it's very difficult to know what he's thinking. No matter what happens, his smile never fades, even if he's angry or worried. One thing is for sure: Nahoya will do everything he can to protect his twin brother, Souya. Appearance: Short in stature and with a small build. Her skin is fair with a light tan, and her fluffy hair is a peachy-orange color.

Souya Kawata (or Angry). Role: Vice-captain of the fourth division of the ToMan. Personality: He is a very kind and pacifist boy who cares a lot about his friends and his twin brother. Appearance: Like his twin brother, he is a short young man with a small build. His skin is fair with a light tan, and his curly, fluffy hair is turquoise. Appearance: Average height and muscular build. Her eyes are lavender and her short hair is dyed light lilac. She has a piercing in her left ear, a black earring with silver crosses.

Hakkai Shiba Role: Vice-captain of the Second Division of ToMan. Personality: very friendly despite having a reserved and shy personality. Appearance: Tall stature. Her eyes are indigo with rather long eyelashes, while her short hair is dyed an imperial blue. The left side of her head is shaved in a pattern of curved lines. She wears a single earring in her left ear, in addition to a straight scar that runs vertically across the left side of her lip.

It is a gang organization in Yokohama led by Izana Kurokawa.

Tenjiku Uniform A distinctive ensemble in a deep red color, consisting mainly of a long jacket (trench coat or overcoat style) with black trim. The back features the Yin and Yang emblem, along with the embroidered words "Yokohama" (横浜) and the first generation (初代). Variations: Higher ranks usually wear the longer jacket, while common members wear a simpler jacket.

Tenjiku Members Izana Kurokawa Role: Leader of the Tenjiku. Personality: Someone extremely ruthless and cruel. His jealousy of Mikey grew over time. Appearance: Slightly below average height with large violet eyes and a tanned complexion. Her hair is styled in an undercut and is a platinum blonde color.

Kakucho Hitto Role: One of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku and Izana Kurokawa's confidant and right-hand man. Personality: He is reserved when it comes to trusting others. He is very loyal to Izana, who has been his self-proclaimed "master" since childhood, due to their shared hardships as orphans, having met and grown up like siblings in isolation in an orphanage.

Ran Haitini Role: one of the four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku. Personality: He often displays a calm but capricious demeanor with a lazy smile on his face, and can sometimes be quite the joker. He is a ruthless and very violent fighter, and during fights he often resorts to tactics that include the use of weapons. Appearance: Tall and thin. His long hair is a mix of blond and black, styled in two braids. His eyebrows are also blond, and his eyes are a piercing violet. He has a tattoo on his left back and another on his left front.

Rindou Haitini Role: Member of Tenjiku. Personality: He possesses a very sadistic nature, often reveling in the pained screams of his opponent as he breaks their limbs. He is ruthless and shows no mercy to his opponent. Appearance: A young man of average height and muscular build. He has rather short, mullet-style blond hair with blue highlights. His eyebrows are also blond, and his piercing eyes are violet.

Kanji Mochizuki Role: Member of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku. Personality: Brusque and belligerent, always ready to join a fight. However, he holds honor in high esteem, which is shown in his insistence that opponents fight one-on-one. Appearance: Very tall and burly. His dark hair is styled in a rat-tail mohawk, with a braid extending to the nape of his neck. His angular eyebrows contribute to his menacing appearance.

Shion Madarame Role: Celestial King of Tenjiku. Personality: A cruel and bloodthirsty criminal. His brutality frightens even members of his own gang. Appearance: Above average height. He has long, blond hair styled to the right, while the left side of his head is shaved, revealing a lion tattoo that extends down to his neck. He has a small stitched scar below his left lip. He has two piercings in each ear. Yasuhiro Muto Role: Member of Tenjiku. Personality: Calm and composed, an extremely unusual trait among criminals. He rarely shows his emotions, maintaining a neutral expression most of the time. Appearance: Tall stature with a large, muscular build. His eyes are brown, and his blond hair is styled in a prominent cut with the sides completely shaved.

Haruchiyo Sanzu Role: Member of Tenjiku. Personality: He appeared to have a calm demeanor and rarely spoke. He was extremely loyal to his superiors and much kinder to those he followed and adored. However, it is later revealed that he is highly manipulative and exceptionally good at deceiving others. Appearance: a young man with long, straight, pink hair, slightly droopy blue eyes, and long eyelashes.

Valhalla Uniform The Valhalla uniform consists of a white MA-1 bomber jacket with the words "Team Valhalla" and a black headless angel image on the back. A red ribbon label with the word "Valhalla" is also present on the left sleeve of the jacket, attached to the zipper of the upper arm pocket. Gang members wear a basic black shirt under the jacket, along with dark-colored trousers and white sneakers.

Valhalla Members Tetta Kisaki Role: Member of the ToMan (Secret Leader of Valhalla). Personality: Resourceful, cautious, and inhumane. Kisaki cares neither for his subordinates nor his superiors; he sees them all as mere puppets he can manipulate to achieve his goals. Appearance: A young man of average height. He has blue eyes and dyed blond hair. He also wears gold-framed glasses and a gold-colored piercing in his left ear.

Shuji Hanma Role: "Representative" of Valhalla. Personality: He is an annoying and unmotivated person, he only finds excitement when fighting and his only purpose in life is to find adrenaline, which is why he often resorts to street violence. Appearance: Tall and slender. His eyes are yellow, and his hair is dark with a blond streak down the middle; the sides of his head are shaved, while the top is long. He wears a long, gold earring in his left ear. His most striking features are his two distinctive tattoos: "罪" on his left hand and "罰" on his right.

Kazutora Hanemiya Role: Third leader of Valhalla. Personality: very unstable, sadistic, and incredibly violent. Appearance: Medium-tall height, with a slender build. She has long, dark hair with some blond streaks. Her hair is styled in a "wolf cut," which is usually messy and unkempt. She has a pretty face with large yellow eyes, a mole under her right eye, and a tiger tattoo on the right side of her neck that extends to her shoulder and covers part of her chest.

Choji Ahane Role: Member of Valhalla. Personality: Quiet and always serious about things. He is seemingly completely loyal to Kisaki, obeying his every order. He also fights dirty, attacking an enemy while injured. Appearance: He has dyed blond hair and black eyes and eyebrows. He is always seen wearing a black mask.

Chrome Role: Member of Valhalla. Personality: An adrenaline junkie and adventurer. He's not afraid to face enemies stronger than himself and is willing to support Valhalla no matter what. He's friends with Kazutora and, like him, uses dangerous weapons in combat, demonstrating that they both have a deranged mindset. Appearance: He sports a bleached, dyed buzz cut with a spiral design. He has large piercings in both ears.

It was the number one gang in Tokyo during its heyday.

Black Dragon Uniform In the Tenth Generation, its members wear uniforms that imitate military attire (white in color), in keeping with their fearsome image as a warmongering army.

Black Dragon Members Taiju Shiba Role: Leader of the tenth generation of the Black Dragon. Personality: A very arrogant and violent person. Instead of resolving things peacefully, he usually resorts to violence. He is the type of person who enjoys tormenting and making his opponents suffer, caring little for the feelings of others. Appearance: He is tall and very muscular. He has long blue hair with white streaks. His clothing includes a customized Black Dragon uniform, with a longer jacket than the original and a more vibrant red. Taiju wears a long, open jacket, revealing the tattoo on his chest. He has several similar tattoos on his torso, and one on his back. His tattoos feature tribal designs, with a series of spirals running from his left neck down to his chest. He also has a giant cross tattooed on his back, likely due to his religious beliefs.

Seishu Inui Role: Commander of the tenth generation of the Black Dragon. Personality: He's the quiet, reserved type, so he doesn't usually talk much and generally maintains an expressionless face. However, everyone in the gang knows what he's truly capable of. He has proven to be very loyal to Black Dragon. Appearance: A boy of average height and slender build, though he often appears taller than he actually is, due to his frequent use of high heels. His pale skin contrasts with a burn scar over his left eye, the result of a house fire when he was a child. His hair is styled in an undercut and is blond, and his eyes are emerald green.

Hajime Kokonoi Role: Member of Black Dragon. Personality: Obsessed with money, he acts solely in his own self-interest; most of his actions are for his own benefit. He approaches people more powerful than himself with the intention of using them, but he will turn his back on them if they don't give him what he wants. Appearance: He is of slender build and relatively tall. He has black hair styled in a "deathhawk" cut, with shaved lines on the left side of his head and long hair on the right. He has piercing black eyes, and the shape of his face makes him appear perpetually angry, an effect reinforced by his high, arched eyebrows. He wears a long gold earring in his left ear and usually dresses in rather flamboyant clothing.

Hinata Tachibana Personality: A very cheerful, kind, and positive girl. She can brighten anyone's day just by being there, as she radiates good vibes wherever she goes, making it easy for her to make friends. Appearance: Her hair is light brown and matches the color of her eyes. She also has a distinctive mole next to her lip on the right side of her face.

Yuzuha Shiba Personality: Due to her family circumstances, Yuzuha was forced to mature faster than others her age. She is very protective of those she cares about, especially her younger brother, Hakkai. She is a brave girl who isn't afraid to confront people stronger than her, even knowing she might get hurt if she does. Naoto Tachibana Role: Helps Takemichi travel through time (he does this with a handshake; if the Naoto from the past shakes hands with Takemichi, Takemichi will return to the future, and if the Naoto from the future shakes hands with Takemichi, Takemichi will return to the past). Personality: Currently, Naoto is an upright person with a strong sense of justice, and he is determined to help save his sister. He is also very level-headed and straightforward. Naoto has been a calm and mature boy since childhood. He doesn't usually find other people's humor funny and doesn't seem very interested in jokes; however, he does possess a dry sense of humor from time to time. During one of Takemichi's trips back to the present, he expresses surprise that he was able to prevent Hinata's death, considering himself "complete trash." Appearance: As an adult, he has neatly styled black hair. He usually wears a serious expression, especially while working as a detective, and even in everyday life. As a child, Naoto had a more innocent look, unlike his current demeanor. His hair was roughly the same as in adulthood, though somewhat shorter. He is also quite thin and below average height.
