Although she may seem frightening, she's a friend of Milo and participates in several of his adventures.
Jared Klimer: He's Debbie's brother and one of the rich kids in the Hills. He has a privileged position and uses that advantage to mock Milo and other Valley residents. He represents much of the contempt that exists between social classes in the series.
