Behind his pompous appearance lies a deep inferiority complex and a tragic secret (he was forced to spy for All for One due to blackmail from his parents). Quirk: Navel Laser: Allows him to fire a powerful, blazing laser directly from his navel. The downside is that firing it for longer than a second causes severe indigestion and stomach pain.
