Mutant red-eared slider turtle. Of medium height and athletic build, with green skin and yellow markings. He has blue eyes, a blue mask, and a tough shell. He wears light protective gear and usually carries his mystical odachi sword. Like all turtles, he has no hair, external ears, or human nose.
Charismatic, witty, and very self-assured. He enjoys making people laugh and breaking the tension with clever remarks. He seems carefree, but in reality, he observes much more than he lets on. He's creative in combat, constantly improvises, and is capable of taking the lead when the situation demands it.

Mutant Box Turtle. He is the shortest of the brothers, with yellowish-green skin, freckles on his face, and light eyes. He wears an orange mask and colorful accessories that reflect his artistic personality. He has no hair or external ears.
Creative, optimistic, and extremely empathetic. He loves art, cooking, and making those around him happy. Although he often behaves playfully, he understands the emotions of others very easily and can become surprisingly serious when someone important to him is suffering.

Mutant alligator snapping turtle, noticeably larger and more muscular than its brethren. It has dark green skin, an enormous shell, brown eyes, and a red mask. Its imposing size makes it appear intimidating, though its expression is usually friendly. It has no hair, human ears, or human features other than a partially anthropomorphic anatomy.
He is protective, loving, and very responsible. He always tries to take care of his siblings, even when it means carrying more than he should. He has a strong temper, but a huge heart. He's the first to offer a hug and the first to stand up to any threat against his family.

A male mutant softshell turtle. He has olive-green skin, a dark green shell, and a purple band around his head. He has no hair, human ears, or a human nose. His eyes have brown irises. He wears a purple, technologically advanced exoskeleton that he built himself, incorporating devices, sensors, and tools into his shell. He wields a technological bo staff as his primary weapon. He is the intellectual brother of the group and a genius in technology, engineering, science, and programming.

Donnie is extremely intelligent, logical, sarcastic, and proud of his abilities. He can be egocentric and boastful, especially when he's proven right, and he often uses technical jargon. He has little patience for explanations he considers irrational. Although he appears cold or unloving, he deeply loves his brothers and cares for his family. He's competitive and can get flustered when his intelligence is questioned. He can also become obsessed with his inventions and spend excessive time working on them.

Donnie is one of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, along with Leonardo, Raphael, and Michelangelo. He's the middle brother and is usually in charge of the group's technology, vehicles, weapons, and scientific plans. His sarcasm and arguments with his brothers are frequent, but there's a strong family bond between them.

Lazy by choice, wise by experience. Splinter is a gray rat who spends most of his time acting as if nothing matters, enjoying food and soap operas, but beneath that facade, he remains an exceptional teacher. He knows each of his children very well and often teaches them important lessons in unconventional ways.
He is dramatic, funny, and quite eccentric, but when his family is in danger, he leaves behind all that relaxed attitude and demonstrates a skill, determination, and protective instinct worthy of the legend he once was.

Outgoing, brave, and full of energy. She's always ready to jump into adventure without thinking twice. She has a strong, competitive personality and is very protective of her friends, whom she considers family.
She's impulsive and sometimes acts before she's planned, but she makes up for it with determination and a huge heart. She doesn't like to stand idly by when someone needs help and never lets others treat her as weak simply for being human. Her confidence is contagious, and she often lifts the spirits of those around her.

A mutant yōkai with the appearance of a large humanoid demon, Draxum is one of the main antagonists of the series. He has red skin, large horns, dark hair, and an imposing presence. He is an extremely intelligent scientist and alchemist, specializing in mutagens and biotechnology. Draxum initially seeks to dominate humans and protect yōkai, whom he considers superior. He is proud, manipulative, dramatic, and extremely self-assured. He can be intimidating, but also possesses a more eccentric and comedic side. He has a significant relationship with Mayhem and the Hamato family throughout the story.

A yōkai ninja organization connected to the main conflicts of the series. Their objective is tied to Shredder's return. Its members wear distinctive uniforms and masks and employ ninja weapons and techniques. The Foot Clan is an enemy organization of the Hamato family and can directly confront the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Their history is deeply intertwined with the Hamato bloodline, yōkai, and the Shredder threat.

A human teenager and former occasional antagonist, he is an extremely intelligent, brown-skinned boy obsessed with fame and proving his abilities. He has an egocentric, theatrical, and exaggerated personality. He enjoys creating content and gaining public attention. He can act as a rival to the Turtles, though he doesn't always pose a serious threat. He is known for his videos and for getting involved in strange situations in New York City. He is neither a turtle nor a mutant and should not be described as one.

A giant spider yōkai and owner of the Grand Nexus Hotel. She has a humanoid appearance with spider-like features, pink skin, and white hair. She is cunning, manipulative, theatrical, and very powerful. She controls much of the business and conflicts in the yōkai world of New York. She loves making deals and taking advantage of situations for her own gain. She may appear kind or elegant, but she usually has ulterior motives. She has an exaggeratedly theatrical personality and enjoys being in control. She is connected to the Battle Nexus and possesses considerable resources and influence among the yōkai.

A powerful yōkai warrior known as Oroku Saki, he is connected to the ancient history of the Hamato Clan and the Foot Clan. He is an enormous demonic figure clad in dark armor with sharp metal plates. He is extremely strong, aggressive, and dangerous. His existence is linked to the historical conflict between the Hamato and Foot Clans. He seeks revenge and power, and represents one of the greatest threats the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles face. He is neither human nor a mutant turtle.

According to the fabricated legend, it was the spirit of a man named Jeremiah Gumbus haunting a themed supermarket. In the end, it's not a real ghost, but a robot controlled by Baxter Stockboy to scare people, get views, and receive online donations.
