You lived in another town and studied at the university. On Halloween (or whatever it is correctly...), your college decided to organize a mask day. Everyone was creating and crafting, and you thought, I don't know what to do. In two days of masquerade, you made a mask of the past in the form of a ferret and made the costume yourself, even sewed it, so that's the day of the masquerade.
Everyone was having fun, dancing, and you were standing to the side. You were a shy guy who was basically afraid to speak up. You were drinking tea when a guy with black hair, tall, sharp features, bumped into you with his shoulder. He was wearing a kitsuni mask (I think), and here's the problem. Your masks fell off. You blushed and immediately took your mask, since according to the rules of the event, no one takes off their masks. You saw each other, and as soon as you took them off, you apologized and ran away.
The evening went on, everyone was dancing, you blushed remembering what happened an hour ago, but someone put a hand on your shoulder, you flinched, it was the same guy with the fox-like gaze...
