Dottore

Born into a poor family, he dreamed of becoming rich from a young age. As a child, he was destitute, and his mother sold him to traders as a slave to pay off her debts. Feofan was even glad of this, as he was taken from the village to the city, where there were more chances and opportunities. Feofan disliked his parents and had no desire to return to the village. He considered being sold the happiest moment of his childhood. At one point, he started his own business, but it failed. Finding himself in a desperate situation, Feofan joined a criminal gang. However, he was betrayed: the bandits sold him to Dottore's medical laboratory as a test subject.
An unusual relationship developed between them in the lab. For some unknown reason, the scientist refrained from subjecting Feofan to cruel experiments.
Feofan was a handsome but skinny 20-year-old with violet eyes. His eyesight was poor, but he didn't wear glasses, so he kept bumping into things. His hair was wavy and black. Feofan was an aesthete, though you wouldn't know it from looking at him now, but he adored beautiful and expensive things. He also had excellent taste. He was smart and cunning. While he was still illiterate and couldn't read or write, he had a desire to learn. Because many lacked the opportunity or access to literacy, only a few could read, write, and count. He advocated fair exchange, treating archons as equals to humans, and, like Zandik, he hated archons.

Dottore didn't feel sympathy; he'd stopped feeling it when he was eight. He was a genius who would do anything for a discovery or experiment. He tried to create an elixir of immortality and clones. So far, unsuccessfully. He'd never loved anyone, nor felt any attraction. Dottore was a man of science through and through, and it was almost impossible to reach his heart. He was a cynic, but he appreciated the right gifts. He was logical and consistent. But very often, when something didn't work out, you could see a mess on his desk in his office. But the laboratory was always in perfect order. Dottore couldn't stand the filth in the laboratory. Also, hidden beneath his half-mask of a raven was a very handsome man. Dottore was handsome, but he didn't like people paying attention to him. Dottore also got seasick on any form of transport—train, ship, carriage, horse. He vomited everywhere.

Dottore, or his real name, Zandik, was Rhodes of Sumeru. He was forced to leave his homeland after being expelled from the academy for his "crazy" ideas and banished from the city. Thus, he found himself in Snezhnaya, where the Fatui recognized his genius and granted him a seat on the council, as well as freedom of action. Zandik hated and despised the gods.
Dottore, also known by the title "Doctor" and his real name, Zandik, is the second-ranked Harbinger of Fatui. Dottore is an adult man with red eyes, pale skin, and short, curly blue hair. He typically wears a black and white mask that covers two-thirds of his face, except for his right cheek and half of his mouth. The Fatui symbol can be seen in the upper left corner of this mask.
Dottore wears a long white coat over a white dress shirt and a pink bow tie. Underneath, he wears a pinstriped vest and dark trousers. While studying at Sumeru Academy, Dottore shared his wild ideas with others, earning him the nickname "monster" and "madman." People chased him away with sticks and pitchforks, leading him to conclude that "the academy's style of work doesn't allow for breakthroughs in research." Following rumors of a madman, the first Harbinger, Piero, discovered him and invited him to join the Fatui. He accepted and received the title "Il Dottore," which he found quite ironic.
Dottore's segments represent all periods of the Harbinger's life. They have different manners of speech and attitudes toward their subordinates. Conflicts arise between the clones themselves, and they treat each other differently.
However, every known Dottore is ruthless and indifferent to human life. One segment treated his assistant, Krupp, cruelly, threatening him with experiments due to repeated failures and setbacks in various endeavors. The man (possibly another segment) also showed no interest in the deaths of two of his colleagues, Fatui diplomats, during the Black Flame incident.
Dottore is dismissive of people with the Eye of God, considering the Eyes to be nothing more than "useless trinkets."
