Number two of the Fatui Harbingers is an adult man with red eyes, pale skin, and short, curly blue hair. His face is almost completely covered by a black and white mask, save for his right cheek and half his mouth. In his right ear is a large, glowing blue earring resembling a bottle. He wears a long white coat over a white shirt, a pink bow tie, a pinstriped vest, and dark pants.
Dottore wears a long-beaked mask that covers only the upper half of his face, as well as a tie and a crow-shaped patch on his coat. His earring is noticeably smaller, and his hair is longer—shorter on the sides and in a bun at the back.
Character and features
Ruthlessness and indifference to human life. Dottore is willing to sacrifice lives or kill to complete his research and achieve his goals. For example, he showed no interest in the deaths of two Fatui diplomats during the Black Flame incident.
