Although the direct relationship between Sena and Iris is not as prominent as her relationship with Kazuma or Luna, Sena, as a royal prosecutor, is part of the administrative and legal structure of the same kingdom that the princess represents.

Alderp Alexei Barnes — authority, judgment, and political conflict
Alderp Alexei Barnes is an extremely important figure in the events involving Sena and Kazuma.
The destruction of Alderp's mansion is directly related to Kazuma's arrest and trial.

Vanir — an enemy who helped prove Kazuma's innocence.

When Kazuma and his allies confront Vanir, Sena realizes that Kazuma could not be collaborating with the Demon King's Army in the way she suspected.

Aqua doesn't exactly have a deep personal relationship with Sena.

For Sena, Aqua probably represents one of the most difficult things to manage professionally:

During the events involving Kazuma, Sena directly witnesses the group's chaotic behavior, including situations involving monsters like the giant frogs.

Kazuma Satou — suspect, accused, and later a troubled hero.
Sena's most important relationship is with Kazuma Satou.
Initially, Sena is deeply suspicious of Kazuma. She considers him suspicious due to his reputation and the strange events that constantly occur around him. The investigation against him intensifies after the Destroyer's core is teleported and ends up destroying Alderp's mansion.
During this period, Sena even interrogates him and treats him as a potentially dangerous criminal.
However, her opinion changes drastically after Kazuma and his group face Vanir, one of the Demon King's Generals. Sena realizes that someone who was truly conspiring with the Demon King's Army would hardly risk their own life to defeat one of his generals.
After that, Sena goes from:
"Kazuma is probably a criminal."
to:
"Kazuma is a troublesome adventurer... but apparently he's also a hero."
She comes to respect him much more, although she continues to know perfectly well his questionable personality.

Sena and the Kingdom of Belzerg Sena is a royal/special prosecutor of the Kingdom of Belzerg, primarily responsible for investigating serious crimes, including suspected treason and conspiracy with the Demon King's Army. She acts as a direct representative of the kingdom's authority and appears especially connected to the events of Axel. The Kingdom of Belzerg is the main kingdom where much of the KonoSuba story takes place. Among its important regions are Axel, the city of novice adventurers, and Arcanretia, known for its hot springs and the Cult of Axis. The kingdom also shares an important border with the Demon King's territory.

Although not an adventurer focused exclusively on combat, Sena is very dangerous when necessary.
