It begins as a simple lattice of two concentric circles holding a star, similar to a compass rose; its blue filling appears at higher levels of Ascension. The halo culminates in auric spokes that revolve around a blinking blue eye, similar to the "Dark Side of the Moon" hole in the hood of the Pure Vanilla Cookie; alternating small diamonds and symbols of the Light of Truth crown the cardinal directions of the compass rose. The circular frame of the mechanism rotates eternally amid sparkles of light.

The Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's hood resembles his base design, albeit modified to suit his ascended theme. It retains the tall waffle cone shape, but is now white at the base and lightly edged in gold, similar to the latticed texture of his previous version. Among these lines is a starburst at the tip of the hood and three tall dots at the back of the wearer's head. The edge of the hood is similar to his previous one, but is now forged from pure gold and glows like rays emanating from a bright sun. The northernmost tip of the king's crown transitions into a cross-shaped form, similar to the one that holds his Soul Jam, but instead of a cross, this segment has a diamond-shaped opening that peers into the same otherworld as the lining of the robe.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's Vanilla Orchid Staff appears to have awakened alongside its owner—though apparently at the cost of its sentience. Once a simple flower, it has now transformed into a gilded key staff resembling a scarf staff; though the six-petaled flower remains at its top with additional leaves, the eye socket has been completely hollowed out and replaced with a swirling flash of light. The staff's vines have been replaced by a forked ribbon that wraps around its shaft, and at the bottom are the teeth of a skeletal key. This key motif is particularly reminiscent of Shadow Milk Cookie's lock-and-key theme, present in his past and in "The Sage of Truth," similarly representing Pure Vanilla Cookie as a keeper of knowledge. On the outermost layer of the Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's shoulders is a simple cape with coronal symmetry; notably, the V-shaped cape is more commonly seen on lower-ranking priests, perhaps hinting at the Compassionate Pure Vanilla Cookie's selflessness even in his majesty. The cape supports his Triple Soul Jam, shaped like an ice cream cone, mounted in a gilded filigree brooch resembling a pectoral cross. While the Light of Truth is normally cerulean, in this guise it shines so brightly that it now takes on a shade of pale lilac, accented with vibrant cobalt and light blue. The Pure Vanilla Cookie's final bodily accessory is a vast Aurelian scroll, which functions almost as another cape, albeit one more papal than the previous one. Floating around its owner, it begins on the ground and rests on their hands, then wraps around their neck and returns to the floor on the other side. The parchment glows with mysterious inscriptions and symbols associated with various forms of magic, which, although undecipherable, testify to its owner's boundless knowledge of the mysteries of the world.

In "Awakening," Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire references his Christian themes even more directly, reflecting the guise of a grand prelate or even a pontiff. His predominantly white and gold color palette reflects his newfound purity and enlightenment, as well as his mastery of White Magic, and is in keeping with the white worn by high-ranking Christian clergy. In "Compassionate," Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire is layered; his inner garment is a crisp white alb with a wide, flowing hem and sleeves adorned with a gold crown-like pattern. Above this is a robe so voluminous that it hangs below his arms. The outer fabric of the robe is milky, with vertical stripes for clarity, and its hem is trimmed with an exaggerated, inverted, scalloped edge in biscuit yellow. Each vertex of this edge is crowned with a six-pointed star, resembling a spur. The interior, shrouded in a veil of fabric, is the complete opposite of its white shell and one of the few examples of coolness in the design: a dark blue void filled with stars and closed eyes, reminiscent of the empty Dark Side of the Moon, where Pure Vanilla Cookie was long ago sealed. This robe, the central element of the outfit, embodies the inseparable link between White Magic and Dark Moon Magic through its duality of fabrics.

In his compassionate form, Pure Vanilla Cookie remains like a cookie cutter made of pie dough, of average height and build. As always, his single-lashed eyes are often closed in reverence and rest atop rosy cheeks, though when open, they take on a dual hue: bright yellow and pale blue. The terracotta mark on his forehead has transformed from a diamond into a lush star—a testament to his expanded understanding. He often smiles faintly, choosing to be happy despite the terrible truths he succumbed to as the Merciless Hermit. His hair, once like orchid petals, has grown long since his transformation, cascading down to his feet in waves the color of corn husks.

He's of medium height and thin, with a tanned orange crust and creamy blond hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left is pale blue. His eyes are mostly closed, though he occasionally opens them. He has a star on his forehead.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's outfit is that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle hat, robe, and light color scheme. He has a pointed hat, the top of which is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the bottom is golden in the shape of a crown. His robe is also golden yellow and decorated with two triangular capes, while the collar and robe are bright yellow and have the same pattern as his pointed hat. The cross-shaped plate on his robe depicts his bright blue Soul Gem. Underneath the robe is a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern resembling dripping syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches right to his chin.

The staff he holds depicts a vanilla flower with yellow orchid petals and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. Several green vines grow on the brown shaft.

He portrays himself as a wise, benevolent, and all-loving monarch who sincerely values ​​his subjects and kingdom and is loved in return. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical powers, he uses his magic only to help others, remaining humble about his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Even towards his supposed nemesis, Dark Enchantress Cookie Emblem, he remains altruistic and strives to persuade her to change her mind. He never gives up on her and still wants to understand why she chose the dark path she did. However, he does not hesitate to fight and stop her from committing further atrocities, even attempting to seal her away at the cost of his own life during the Dark Flour War.

In Episode 9, we see a glimpse of his mentality beneath his messianic exterior. After the war, he seemed to suffer from a kind of inferiority complex, belittling himself for failing to stop the Dark Flour War and suffering a nervous breakdown when he was trapped in a dark illusion by Dark Sorceress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects had for him also heightened his guilt for failing to protect them.
