A vanilla cookie is a Cookie of medium height, skinny, with light brown dough and creamy blonde hair. He has heterochromia: the right side of his body is pale yellow, and the left side is pale blue. His eyes are mostly closed, but sometimes open. He has an ocher-colored star on his forehead.

The outfit of Pure Vanilla Cookies corresponds to the appearance of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle hat, mantle and light color scheme. His hat is pointed, the upper part with a pointed top is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the lower part is golden, with a crown. His robe is also golden yellow, with two triangular lapels, and the collar and coat are bright yellow and have the same pattern as his pointed hat. A bright blue Soul Jam is emblazoned on the cruciform plate of his vestments. Under the vestments is a long white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern resembling syrup, as well as a turtleneck sweater reaching to the chin.
