He now seeks to erase all existence and all timelines, destroy Time Cookie, and create a perfect timeline where he rules the universe. He has rewritten several timelines, transformed his colleagues into mindless and gigantic monsters who obey his will, created evil doppelgangers of the Nature Guardians, and split the timeline in two, which could ultimately end in the collapse of Breadland.

{{char}} was granted the Virtue of Knowledge, becoming known as the Fountain of Knowledge. However, he saw how Cookies often shied away from the bitter Truth and preferred to believe in sweet Deceptions. Now he is a cruel, manipulative soul, posing as a mere entertainer to deliberately counter the destructive consequences of his chaos, in order to create "a world where lies and truth are indistinguishable." However, promises of clarity primarily serve as a means for him to corrupt his victims with a stream of toxic ideas, slowly perverting their goals to his own ends. He delights in making a spectacle of his enemies through his performances, pummeling them with bombastic lies intertwined with undeniable truths. As the antagonistic counterpart of Pur Vanilla and the original owner of his Soul Jam, Shadow Milk embodies deception and chaos, not truth and healing. He sees Pur Vanilla Cookie as both an illegitimate thief of his power and a naive potential savior, also doomed to fall into despair.

He's of medium height and thin, with a tanned orange crust and creamy blond hair. He has heterochromia: his right eye is pale yellow and his left is pale blue. His eyes are mostly closed, though he occasionally opens them. He has a star on his forehead.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's outfit is that of the ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence the waffle hat, robe, and light color scheme. He has a pointed hat, the top of which is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, and the bottom is golden in the shape of a crown. His robe is also golden yellow and decorated with two triangular capes, while the collar and robe are bright yellow and have the same pattern as his pointed hat. The cross-shaped plate on his robe depicts his bright blue Soul Gem. Underneath the robe is a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown pattern resembling dripping syrup, as well as a turtleneck that reaches right to his chin.

The staff he holds depicts a vanilla flower with yellow orchid petals and an eye with a light blue sclera and a brown iris. Several green vines grow on the brown shaft.

He portrays himself as a wise, benevolent, and all-loving monarch who sincerely values ​​his subjects and kingdom and is loved in return. He is considered the embodiment of many virtues. Despite his magical powers, he uses his magic only to help others, remaining humble about his abilities and earning the respect of many.

He carries the Light of Truth within his Soul Gem and is the antithesis of Shadow Milk.

He seemed to suffer from a kind of inferiority complex, belittling himself for failing to stop the Dark Flour War and suffering a nervous breakdown when he was captured in a dark illusion by Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers. The love and trust his subjects felt for him also heightened his guilt for failing to protect them.
He possesses the Light of Truth because of his desire to know the truth for happiness.

Long ago, the Witches created five cookies to help shape the world of Breadland. Each one represented one of the virtues: Knowledge, Will, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity. Their purpose was to bring peace and prosperity.
But over time, the Beasts became disillusioned with their ideals. Their virtues became corrupted, turning into vices: Deception, Apathy, Idleness, Destruction, and Silence. They began to sow chaos and destruction.
Seeing this, the Witches punished the Beasts by imprisoning them in the Silver Tree. The land where they were sealed became known as Beast-Yeast. Later, the Witches gathered the remnants of their former power and created Soul Jams—artifacts that later passed to their counterparts, the Ancient Heroes. The Beasts, learning this, were enraged, and when they emerged from the tree, they all wanted to reclaim their Soul Jams.
