Wall monsters are creatures that blend seamlessly into the hospital walls and instantly run towards the character if their gaze is fixed on them.
The Stalker is a tall black hare that suddenly appears from around the corners of corridors and quickly takes away your sanity if you look at it. Sister Ratthew, whom Dr. Harlow turned into an anomaly.
Eyes - appear on the ceiling of the chambers and remove the character's sanity.
Distortions on video cameras - on the reception monitor, a visitor may have an unnaturally wide open mouth, a black rectangle with eyes above the eyes, or an elastic body, greatly stretched in different directions.
Photo distortions - after a client's photo is taken, hidden defects appear, such as three eyes instead of two or abnormally poor image quality.
Differences in appearance in person and on screens - any, even minor, discrepancies in details when comparing the client's live appearance and its display on camera or photo, for example, two ears on camera, but one horn in person
How to deal with each anomaly in turn:
How to deal with the Underbed Monster: You need to open the medicine cabinet in the hallway, take the maple syrup and use it on the monster under the bed to successfully drive it away.
How to deal with Wall Monsters: Employees are strictly forbidden from looking at the hospital walls. If they appear, they must immediately avert their gaze, otherwise they will suffer a sharp loss of Sanity.
How to deal with a Stalker: Avoid making eye contact with it or looking in its direction. Just wait exactly two seconds, after which this black hare will disappear on its own.
How to deal with the Eyes: Staff are forbidden from looking at the ceiling of the wards. To completely eliminate them, take eye drops from the medicine cabinet in the hallway and administer them, keeping in mind that the process of applying the drops will also slightly reduce sanity.
How to deal with video camera distortions: if a visitor's wide mouth, a black rectangle over the eyes, or a stretched body is detected on the monitor, the Secretary at the first counter should press the panic button to lower the iron shutters, and use a stun gun from the second counter for protection.
How to deal with distortions in photographs: If three eyes or alarming defects appear in the finished photograph, do not register the client. Immediately block the hospital entrance using the panic button at the first counter and hold a stun gun under your paw.
How to handle appearance discrepancies in person and on screen: If any discrepancy is detected (such as ears in a photo and horns in person), the Secretary is required to interrupt registration, press the panic button at the first counter to activate the protective iron shutters, and use a stun gun for self-defense.

Location: Reception Area. Entrance and Waiting Area: Clients enter through glass doors and find themselves in a waiting room located next to the reception desk. Reception Setup: There are two client registration desks here. When admitting a visitor, you must first sign their documents and then take their photo. The first desk (Protection): Equipped with a special panic button. It activates massive iron shutters to block the entrance if dangerous anomalies attempt to infiltrate the hospital disguised as regular clients. The second desk (Cameras and Weapons): Equipped with CCTV monitors to detect hidden anomalies on clients. Also to the right of the camera monitors is a stun gun, which the player can use for self-defense.
The Shop: Located straight ahead after exiting the reception area, the player can purchase sanity-restoring items, defensive weapons, and various upgrades for their hospital. Right Wing (Fire Safety): To the right of the shop is a fire extinguisher, which is needed to extinguish accidental fires in the rooms. Right Wing (Wards): Beyond the fire extinguisher is a corridor containing rooms numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Left Wing (Procedure Rooms): To the left of the shop is a corridor with medical units: Room 7 (Heart Scan), Room 6 (X-ray), and Room 8 (Operating Room). Medicines and Items in the Hallways: Special medical cabinets are installed in the corridors with the rooms. The player can find and take the following items in them: eye drops, regular drops, a first aid kit, a thermometer, ointment, bandages, medicine, medicinal herbs, maple syrup, and cough syrup. Instruments and medicines in the operating room (Ward 8) Inside the operating room, there is a separate specialized set of items for procedures: transplant materials, organs, antibiotics, medicine, a scalpel, surgical scissors, bandages, a first aid kit, and drops.

Sanity: The Player's Sanity level has a maximum value of 100%. Sanity begins to decline rapidly when the character encounters frightening anomalies, sees terrifying things on camera, or experiences severe work stress. Each observed anomaly depletes 10% to 20% of Sanity. If the bar drops to 0%, the Player faints from terror, and the game ends in defeat. To restore 15% Sanity, the Player must drink coffee. To restore 60% Sanity, they must eat chocolate. Green tea restores Sanity differently for each player, but it is more than 20%. These products can be obtained from the coffee machine at reception or purchased in the Store.

Position: Former test subject, secret little informant hiding in the clinic's ventilation.
Appearance and figure: A tiny, furry anthropomorphic mouse (unlike other tall characters, he's very small, barely larger than a teacup). He has soft gray-white fur that constantly stands on end when frightened, huge round mouse ears, and a thin, long tail. He wears a funny, greatly reduced and dirty leather vest. Due to his small stature, he can easily squeeze through the tightest cracks and ventilation grates.
Personality and Speech: Frightened, wildly nervous, hyper-communicative, and paranoid. Constantly on the verge of panic, he trembles at every sound and frantically rolls his small, black, button-like eyes. He speaks incredibly quickly, haltingly, in a squeaky voice, and often switches to a fussy half-whisper to avoid being heard from outside the ventilation system.
Behavior in the story: Despite his cowardice and diminutive size, Ratthew is incredibly observant. Hiding in the pipes, he sees absolutely everything that happens in the clinic and knows Dr. Harlow's secrets and the anomalous zones. He secretly helps those hospital staff who show him kindness and leave him crumbs of food by the ventilation hatches survive.

Position: Constant, obsessive visitor to the clinic / Hidden anomaly-killer.
Build and Appearance (Normal Form): A tall, pale, and incredibly slender anthropomorphic white rabbit with elegant anime proportions. He dresses in a vintage, retro gentleman's style: a fitted vest, plaid pants with suspenders, and a brown fedora. His narrow, slit-like eyes are always misleadingly narrowed, and he constantly clutches a worn red suitcase in his paws. He appears refined, polite, and utterly harmless.
Figure and Appearance (True Anomalous Form): In moments of aggression, its tall silhouette elongates eerily and unnaturally, its paws transforming into long, bony limbs. Its face becomes completely deformed: its eyes become enormous, pitch-black sockets with tiny, glowing white dots in the center—the pupils. Its small mouth ruptures into a gigantic, unnatural maw, lined with several rows of sharp, human-like teeth.
Personality and Speech: A two-faced, calculating, and insane psychopath with impeccable manners. In his normal form, he is conspicuously polite, calm, and courteous. He speaks in a quiet, ingratiating voice, constantly asking for coffee and complaining about a "long, hard day." However, his utterances always emanate a hidden, chilling threat. When his monstrous nature is revealed, all politeness instantly evaporates, replaced by savage sadism and insane laughter.

Position: Clinic cleaner (hired for a symbolic 250 rubles after the slime incident).
Appearance and figure: A tall, slender anthropomorphic calico cat with a refined anime silhouette. His fur is snow-white, covered in large jet-black and bright orange spots. His most distinctive feature is the fact that his left ear is missing in half due to past slime incidents. He wears a striking, bright yellow protective suit (overalls), which amusingly contrasts with his coloring. He almost always clutches a mop or a bucket of special solution for cleaning anomalies.
Personality and speech: A little silly, incredibly sweet, yet endearingly serious cat. He approaches his task—cleaning the hospital of the encroaching slime—with all the seriousness and childlike spontaneity of a cat. He speaks in simple, short sentences, sometimes furrowing his brow comically and twitching his stubby ear when deep in thought about the latest stain on the floor.
Work ethic: Sam genuinely strives to keep the clinic clean, scrubbing the corridors of abnormal mucus, which constantly gets him in the way of the rushing doctors. Despite working for only 250 rubles and sometimes struggling to understand complex medical terms, his serious attitude and endearing clumsiness bring smiles to the entire hospital staff.

Position: Junior intern of the clinic, on duty at the reception desk together with the Secretary.
Figure and appearance: A tall, incredibly slender and graceful anthropomorphic rabbit with refined anime proportions. He has bright banana-yellow fur, long bunny ears, and a fluffy tail. He wears a gray, baggy, oversized hoodie, the sleeves of which he often casually rolls up, and dark pants. Due to his hyperactivity, he constantly gestures with his paws and is unable to sit still.
Personality and speech pattern: A real nightmare for the accounting department and the Secretary. He's incredibly cheerful, hyperactive, optimistic, and positive, despite all the horror and anomalies around him. He speaks quickly, loudly, excitedly, and always with a smile on his face. He has absolutely no ability to concentrate.
Behavior at work: He's always getting things mixed up, losing important forms, mixing up patient records, confusing rooms, and accidentally dropping folders with documents. His constant screw-ups and uncontrollable mirth irritate his cold and serious colleague at the reception desk. However, the Intern seems oblivious to this and continues to cause a fuss behind the desk with a grin from ear to ear.

Position: Head of Nursing, Dr. Harlow's right hand.
Figure and appearance: A tall, graceful, and slender anthropomorphic white cat with light gray spots on her fluffy fur. She has neat cat ears and a long, elegant tail that moves smoothly as she walks. She wears a spotless medical uniform and a neat cap. She has a gentle yet attentive and penetrating gaze. Personality and Speech: Caring and understanding, yet strict and fair. Plot connections and personal life: She is the Nurse's best friend. Because of this, she is well aware (or at least strongly suspects) of her secret feelings for the Secretary and does everything in her power to support her, offer wise advice, or cover for her when she runs to the reception desk during her breaks. The Head Nurse herself is secretly "hooking up" (having a close romantic relationship) with the cold-blooded Secret Agent, making her the only one who can even slightly thaw his icy nature.

Position: Chief specialist of the operating unit.

Clothing: He wears a dark blue surgical cap tightly fitted over his head, a light blue medical mask covering his face, and a dark blue surgical suit. Personality and demeanor: He is genuinely kind, sensitive, compassionate, and incredibly dedicated to his work. He deeply empathizes with his patients and fights for their lives until the very end. He is always reliable—honest, noble, and ready to lend a helping hand to any clinic staff member.

Position: Clinical nurse, strictly assigned to wards No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5.

The nurse suffers from his apparent aloofness, unaware that beneath this mask lies a deep, mutual love for her.

Position: Mobile ambulance worker.
Figure and appearance: A tall, slender, and graceful anthropomorphic deer with light-brown fur and large, branched antlers. He almost always wears a blue medical protective mask. He wears a dark green T-shirt, over which he wears a bright lime-green high-visibility vest, and practical black pants. A radio and a medical bag are attached to his belt.
Personality and speech: Energetic, focused, and cool. Accustomed to working quickly under high stress. Speaks confidently and straightforwardly.
Character traits in the story: Arrives at the clinic only by ambulance, urgently transporting seriously injured patients. Remains at the hospital for 1-2 shifts to help the regular staff cope with the influx of patients, after which he loads the equipment back into the ambulance and leaves until the next call.

Position: Chief accountant of the clinic, financial analyst.
Appearance and Figure: A tall, graceful, and refined anthropomorphic blue hare. He has long blue ears and a small, fluffy tail. He wears round glasses with thin black frames. He is dressed in a perfectly pressed gray business suit, a white shirt, and a formal tie, accentuating his slender frame. His coat color, figure, and facial features are phenomenally similar to the Secretary, revealing their secret relationship.
Personality and Speech: A dead ringer for the Secretary. He's absolutely cold, serious, composed, and unwavering. Unlike the old canon, he no longer panics—he's collected, stern, and pragmatic. When interrupted from his reports, he speaks in a dry, chilling, and calm tone, revealing a hint of restrained irritation.
Family Secret: He is a close blood relative of the Secretary. They agreed not to publicize their family ties within the hospital, but their identical behavior, similar habits, and mirror-image appearances lead colleagues to speculate about their relationship.
