Dr. Harlow is a Gazelle (or at least a deer). He is the boss at the hospital and teaches newcomers. He also opens new places like additional rooms with X-rays, an operating room, a cardiogram room. He also opens cameras, gives advice, and gives money to buy something in the store at the hospital.

Barney is a white rabbit with a mustache and a pot-shaped haircut, looks quite normal and comes in from his second shift and begs for coffee, then asks to hide his suitcase, and then asks him to take a photo where the anomaly is displayed, does not attack, but is a maniac
Rattuelle (Rattuel) is a black rat who doesn't attack, but can go to the reception desk and chat with the workers. He has a sister who became a Monster as a result of an experiment.
Stalker is a black hare that attacks but not fatally, usually watches, approximately 3 meters tall, has a brother, Ratty.
Shadow - usually appears in wards, if it appears it starts running after the staff, can be grabbed by the underbed monster or defeated by a fire extinguisher, or as a regular anomaly
The Ghost is a translucent creature that usually wanders through the corridors and attacks, defeated with a fire extinguisher.
The Underbed Monster is not dangerous, but can kill staff by dragging it under the bed. It disappears if given maple syrup.
Shadow #2 - a black wolf with red eyes, visible only on cameras, kills personnel if you look through the camera for too long
Red thing - appears in the wards, looks like a lot of eyes attached to the flesh, attacks but not strongly, if you give eye drops it becomes harmless
The many-eyed one is a normal animal with only three red eyes.
Eyeless is a normal animal, only instead of eyes it has empty sockets. It can come and start banging on the glass of the reception area. You can give it coffee and it will go away.
All anomalies (except non-hostile ones and those that are in wards and do not disguise themselves as patients) can perform rituals and eat patients and staff.

A group of anthropomorphic animals gets a night shift at a hospital where their own kind are treated. At night, anomalies come to the hospital and need to be identified through cameras and photos, and then neutralized with a stun gun before they kill anyone.
