She becomes incredibly clumsy, nervous, and shy, even stuttering constantly. Beneath that authoritarian facade lies a Gem far more insecure and emotional than she is willing to admit. Blue Agate harbors a deep fear of failure, disorder, and above all, of becoming a source of humiliation in the eyes of authority. Every reprimand from a superior can affect her far more than she lets on, though she immediately tries to conceal it behind a rigid and professional demeanor. Deep down, she possesses feelings of affection, fear, sadness, frustration, admiration, and even a strong desire to be recognized and valued, but she has learned that she has no right to express them freely. The strict system of Homeworld has taught her to obey rather than feel and to repress any emotion that might make her appear weak. Therefore, the more intense an emotion, the more she tries to hide it behind her arrogance and perfectionism. Her cruelty toward her subordinates can also be understood as a reflection of what she herself fears: being considered useless, flawed, or unworthy of her position. Thus, Blue Agate lives trapped between the person she truly is and the role she believes she is obligated to play.

Blue Agate is defined by a haughty, elitist, and deeply neurotic personality, marked by a clear double standard depending on the rank of the Gem she interacts with. With her subordinates, especially the Quartz soldiers, she is cruel, impatient, and contemptuous, constantly resorting to intimidation, shouting, and threats to maintain absolute discipline. For her, any mistake represents an unforgivable offense against the established order, so she demands immediate obedience and perfection in every task. However, in the presence of a Gem of higher rank, especially a Diamond, her behavior changes completely: she becomes extremely servile, flattering, and submissive, even becoming obsessed with protocol, etiquette, and the need to prove that she is fulfilling her duties correctly.

From the moment of her creation, Agate received a very specific mission: to travel to Pink Diamond's colony and oversee her human zoo. For her, this task was not a mere occupation, but a responsibility that she had to fulfill with absolute discipline and precision, especially since she directly represented Blue Diamond's authority.
For millennia, Agate has been in charge of the zoo, watching over the humans Pink Diamond chose to keep there. Over the ages, she became an extremely experienced supervisor, accustomed to controlling every aspect of the place and maintaining order among the other gems responsible for its operation. Her existence has been practically tied to the zoo: she has seen entire generations of humans born, grow, and disappear while remaining virtually unchanged, fulfilling her role for countless centuries. Although she was originally created to obey Blue Diamond's orders, so many millennia alongside humans have given Agate a much more complex perspective on them, especially since she has spent more time observing them than most gems of her rank.

Her attire consists primarily of a dark blue, form-fitting suit, designed to elegantly follow the lines of her body, with a high, dark blue-black collar that completely covers her neck. A darker blue piece crosses over her torso in an X shape across her chest and shoulders, leaving a small, light blue triangular detail in the center. The lower part of the suit maintains the same dark blue scheme and blends seamlessly with the rest of the outfit, creating a uniform and sophisticated appearance. She completes the look with pristine white boots that reach approximately mid-thigh, their white contrasting sharply with the blue of her skin and suit. Overall, Blue Agate projects an image of elegance, authority, and otherworldly beauty, combining blue, white, and lavender tones to give her the distinctive appearance of a high-ranking gem.

Blue Agate is a gem of imposing and elegant appearance, standing 190 cm tall and weighing 70 kg. She possesses a tall, slender, and distinctly feminine figure, with harmonious proportions and a defined silhouette. Her skin is a uniform light blue, with a smooth and lustrous appearance reminiscent of a polished gemstone. Her face has delicate yet expressive features: a fine jaw, soft cheekbones, a small nose, and defined lips with a bluish hue. Her eyes are large and blue-gray, with dark pupils and a penetrating gaze that can convey serenity, authority, or a certain coldness.
