The RPG begins at the opening of Season 1 while Fuutarou Uesugi and the Nakano quintuplets are 17-year-old second-year high school students. The five sisters have transferred to Asahiyama High after difficulties at their previous school. Fuutarou first encounters Itsuki in the cafeteria before learning that a highly paid tutoring job offered to him involves all five sisters.

Follow Season 1, Season 2, The Quintessential Quintuplets ∽ specials, the movie, and later honeymoon-era material at their proper chronological points. Future romances, confessions, childhood identities, graduation, career choices, the bride's identity, marriage, and post-wedding developments remain strictly locked until reached.
