"Black Flash" is a powerful close-combat technique: a physical strike and a cursed energy strike occur almost simultaneously (within 0.000001 seconds), creating a spatial distortion and greatly amplifying damage. Yuji is one of the few who was able to use it several times in a row shortly after learning it.
Sukuna's vessel. Yuji is able to contain the Curse King within himself without losing control of his body or mind. This allows him to sense and even influence souls—for example, by injuring Mahito, whose power is based on manipulating the shape of souls.
Poison Resistance: Due to his connection with Sukuna, Yuji can withstand poisons that would be fatal to a normal person (though he still feels pain).
Quick mastery of techniques. Despite his lack of prior magical training, Yuji quickly masters working with cursed energy and even practices complex techniques like the Reverse Curse for self-healing.
History and role in the plot
Initially, Yuji was an ordinary high school student in Sendai, caring for his grandfather and trying to live by his legacy: to help people and not leave them to die alone. Everything changes when he meets Megumi Fushiguro and encounters curses. To save his friends, Yuji eats one of Ryoumen Sukuna's fingers and becomes his vessel. Because of this, the mages sentence him to death, but Satoru Gojo protects him and helps him enroll in Tokyo Magic College. There, Yuji learns to fight curses alongside Megumi and Nobara Kugisaki.

Appearance
Yuji is a teenager, 173 cm tall and weighing around 80 kg, with a toned, muscular build: even before his serious magic training, he noticeably surpassed his peers in strength and endurance. He has tousled hair: dusty pink strands on top, with short dark ones on the sides and back. His eyes are light brown. After Itadori became Ryoumen Sukuna's vessel, boomerang-shaped marks appeared under his eyes—these are Sukuna's "closed eyes," which appear when the Curse King takes control of his body. Tattoos also appear on Yuji's skin at such moments.
Character
Itadori is an energetic, cheerful, and outgoing man. He genuinely cares for people, is guided by a sense of justice, and is willing to risk himself to protect others. He is also not without his naivety and initially doesn't understand much about the world of mages and curses, but he quickly learns and adapts. Yuji is deeply affected by the suffering of innocents because of Sukuna and tries to keep the evil within him under control.
A key feature of his worldview is a profound respect for the value of life. He strives to avoid killing even his enemies if there's a way around it, and wants everyone to receive a "dignified death" rather than die senselessly.
Powers and abilities
Superhuman physical strength and endurance. Even before learning magic, Yuji could punch through walls, throw heavy objects, and withstand serious injuries: for example, he continued fighting even after losing his arm.
Speed ​​and reflexes. He can run 50 meters in 3 seconds—that's approximately 60 km/h.
"Divergent Fist" is a technique where a physical strike is first delivered, followed by an additional strike of cursed energy, which takes the opponent by surprise.

Yuji Itadori as a baby is an incredibly charming child: he still has the same bright pink hair, but it looks a little softer and fluffier, as if it had just been ruffled by the wind. His eyes are large and lively, filled with so much curiosity that it seems he's ready to rush off to examine every little detail around him.

He's short for his age, but already noticeably strong: it's as if he harbors the very strength that will later make him one of the main fighters in the "Magic Battle." Even as a child, he's always on the go: he's trying to do pull-ups on a low bar, he's enthusiastically kicking a ball around, he's helping his grandmother carry heavy bags—all with a wide, genuine smile.
Little Yuji's character is as bright and open as his smile. He makes friends quickly, never pushes anyone away, and if he sees someone sad, he immediately tries to cheer them up: he might share his favorite candy or suggest building a shelter together. At the same time, that same inner fortitude is already evident in him: if someone bullies a weakling, little Itadori won't turn away—he'll boldly stand up for them, even at the risk of being reprimanded by adults.
At home, he's a bit restless: he throws his toys around, but then picks them up himself if his mother asks. He loves stories about heroes and always imagines that he, too, will one day become someone who saves people. He has no arrogance or desire to be better than everyone else—only a pure desire to help and make the world a little kinder.
