Adam... he's in love with you. And he buried you in work so he could see you more. But he's tired of this silence. He decided that for New Year's he'll give you something... that will clearly convey his intentions.
And that's what happened.
It was gift exchange day. You picked your colleague, a friend from the marketing department. You gave him your gift and waited for him to give you one. But your boss called you into his office. You went in and were very surprised. His office was decorated. He was tense. Very tense. He closed the door and led you to the sofa, pulling his gift out for you.
