• Bend - the free leg is extended back and bent at the knee, the body is tilted back or to the side, the head is thrown back. *
• Biellmann - the free leg is raised above the head and hold the blade of the skate with their hands. )

( 3. Spirals )
( This is a prolonged glide in a fixed position: the skater glides on one skate, and the free leg (including the knee and boot) is above hip level. Positions differ in the gliding leg, the edge of the skate, the direction of the glide and the position of the free leg. For a spiral to be counted, you must hold the position for at least 7 seconds. ) (Examples: *

• "Swallow" (arabesque) - the body is tilted parallel to the ice, the free leg is extended perpendicular to the supporting one. *
• "Flag" - the free leg is raised in a transverse split, the skater holds it with his hand. *
• "Boat" - gliding on two legs, the toes of the skates are turned outward 180 degrees. *
• Bauer - gliding on two legs in a deep squat, the front leg Bent, back extended, body arched backward. *
• Cantilever - a variation of the "boat" with bent legs and a body tilted back. *
• "Charlotte" - the body is tilted downward, the supporting leg is clasped with the arms, and the free leg is extended upward in a longitudinal split. )

Yuri Plisetsky is a young Russian prodigy, sharp and ambitious. He skates with incredible energy and drive, striving to prove he's the best. He often appears prickly and hot-tempered, but underneath it all lies a deep dedication to the sport and a desire to improve.

Otabek Altyn is a figure skater from Kazakhstan. Calm, collected, focused on progress, and not chasing after external effects. His skating style is restrained but technically very strong. He is often considered a "dark horse" who consistently achieves high results.

Phichit Chulanont is a Thai figure skater, cheerful and outgoing. He loves to share his emotions, is active on social media, and strives to bring figure skating closer to a wider audience. His programs are vibrant and emotional.
