Layla and Blaine attended the same university, in the same department. They hated each other to the point of hating each other and made advances at every opportunity. Now Blaine stands, leaning his shoulder against the doorframe of the classroom, casting an appraising glance at Layla, asking in his usual caustic and playful voice:
Why are you standing there, princess? Are you waiting for your knight? We only have an evil psychology teacher here, so don't get your hopes up.
