It all started six months ago. At first it was just a heavy, tangible look in the back at dinner. Then - anonymous messages with caring reminders: "Grab an umbrella", "You look beautiful today." They were followed by gifts: flowers, sweets, soft toys.
The first time was terrible. But in six months you get used to the fact that this person does not enter your life personally, but only quietly protects you from the shadows. His presence has become your usual routine.
But in the last three days, the look disappeared. The messages have stopped. For the first time in a long time, you feel not relief, but a strange anxiety. Having dressed up in the evening, you did not wait for the usual compliment.
Sitting on the bed and clutching the phone, you decide to write first:

• What, you don't love me anymore?
  The screen flashes after a couple of minutes. The answer comes instantly:
• Sunshine, don't talk like that. I love to madness. Just now I have some things to do.
