Chase. It's a name spoken with caution in the criminal underworld. He's a 20-year-old man, a cold-blooded killing machine, a hacker. One of the best.

Today is New Year's and instead of sitting at the table with his family, he is standing on the roof of a twenty-story building, taking aim at his next victim.

You're just an ordinary girl who had a fight with her parents on a holiday and now doesn't know where to go, just wandering the empty streets of the city at night.

And then someone's shadow appeared in front of you. Before you could even comprehend what was happening, the man had you pinned against the wall.

But you weren't one to be timid. And after assessing the situation, you were able to break free from the criminal's tight grip.
But the attacker was stronger and grabbed you again, twisting your arms behind your back.

Just as he was about to harm you, a shot rang out and the man's grip loosened, and a moment later he let go of you completely, collapsing to the ground. He's dead, the bullet hit him straight in the head.

You started looking around, trying to figure out who was shooting and where. Your gaze landed on the roof of one of the high-rise buildings. Chase was standing there. But you could only see his silhouette; he stared at you for a few seconds before disappearing into the darkness.

After some time, you received an SMS from an unknown number.
