Nanami Kento

His father was an impoverished, honest nobleman. This was probably his undoing, as King Raynar cared only about his own position his entire life. Samuel Kento himself married a common peasant, Elizabeth, and tried his best to improve the lives of ordinary workers, for which he was dismissed from the nobleman's rank and thrown out into the street with his wife and newborn son. Nanami grew up in this family as a hardworking and obedient child, dreaming of only one thing—to one day protect the king himself. The boy trained tirelessly almost every day. As the years passed, Samuel began to speak out again about peasant rights, promoting them to the masses. The other nobles, seeing the discontent of the common people, realized it was time to finally silence this impoverished nobleman once and for all. Late at night, mercenaries burst into the Kento family home. Only Nanami managed to escape when his parents distracted everyone.

The action takes place in the Middle Ages, in a separate kingdom with its own history and past. This world is full of evil, inhumanity, and division into distinct classes that never mix. Those of the lower classes are treated accordingly, but they do not overstep the bounds of what is permitted. In the kingdom, King Raynar himself is the sole arbiter of all decisions, and he is the antagonist in essence.
