Momose Takashi (桃瀬百々史)

Takashi is the Denki Mystery version of Todomatsu. His full name is Momose Takashi. He grew up in a small rural town near Akatsuka Village and is the son of the owner of the New York Café. Unlike his brothers, who are connected to the old Akatsuki families or directly involved in its mysteries, Takashi lives in a neighboring town and leads a more quiet, ordinary life. His café becomes the place where the six brothers spend time together.

Physically, Takashi retains Todomatsu's recognizable traits: dark hair, soft features, and a more polished appearance. His primary color is pink, which is also reflected in his surname Momose: the character 桃 means "peach." Takashi's clothing is quite neat and modern, emphasizing his image as the youngest of the six.

Takashi seems to be the calmest and most socially adaptable. He's comfortable with people and has become accustomed to the ordinary life in the town where his family runs a café. However, beneath this easygoing exterior lies a visceral anxiety: encounters with the inexplicable force him to seriously consider what's happening. He's particularly frightened by an encounter with a man who looks exactly like him.

In the story, Takashi finds himself entangled in a mystery known as the "24 Months Mystery." Trying to understand what's happening, he writes a letter to Hajime, a man who initially doesn't even suspect his younger brother's existence. Thus, Takashi becomes an important link between the characters and the gradually unraveling mystery of Akatsuki.

In Denki Mystery: Episode, Takashi is shown on a bicycle, confidently and habitually speeding along the road, running an errand. This scene highlights his more mundane life compared to his other brothers. However, this peace is short-lived—Takashi spends time with his five identical brothers, and it becomes clear that even ordinary moments in their lives can be harbingers of something strange.

Ogami Toshio (黄神十四雄)

Toshio is the Denki Mystery version of Jushimatsu. His full name is Ogami Toshio. He grew up the only son of the ancient Ogami family, living in the village of Akatsuka. The family is considered one of the oldest in the area, so Toshio has been connected to its history and secrets since childhood. Many strange events surround the Ogami family itself, and Toshio clearly knows more than he lets on.

Toshio's appearance is immediately striking. He retains Jushimatsu's basic features, but his design is far more mysterious. His hair is dark, and his clothes are predominantly yellow. Ogami's last name contains the character 黄, meaning "yellow," continuing the common pattern of six characters' names. The most unusual detail of his appearance is the paper bag he usually wears on his head. In some scenes, he appears without it, but the bag-wearing appearance is one of the main characteristics of his character.

Toshio's personality remains unpredictable and slightly eccentric, but in this version, his eccentricity takes on a more mysterious quality. He can act completely calm and casual, as if nothing out of the ordinary is happening, even when surrounded by frightening events. This makes it difficult to discern how naive he truly is and how well he understands what's happening.

In Denki Mystery: Episode, Toshio can sometimes be seen racing down a country road on a modified bicycle. However, this strange habit conceals something more serious: he keeps forbidden secrets in his family's barn. This is why his appearance constantly leaves the feeling that beneath his seemingly absurd appearance lies a crucial piece of the Akatsuki mystery.

Toshio has a special connection with Chorosuke. Throughout the story, he refers to Chorosuke as "big brother," even though they are not siblings. This irritates Chorosuke and makes him suspect that Toshio may be interested in his sister, Daiyoko.

Shisaka Hajime (紫坂一)

Hajime is the Denki Mystery version of Ichimatsu. His full name is Shisaka Hajime. He grew up the only son of a historian who devoted his research to the legends and folklore of the mysterious village of Akatsuka. After his father's disappearance, Hajime travels to the village to find out what happened to him. His story is closely connected to the mysteries of Akatsuka and gradually evolves from a routine investigation into a confrontation with something inexplicable.

Hajime's appearance retains the recognizable features of the Ichimatsu family: tousled dark hair, a calm, slightly sullen expression, and a distinctive purple color scheme. Purple is also present in his surname—the character 紫 means "purple," continuing the common pattern of the six brothers' names. His clothing is practical and understated, befitting a man who travels and explores.

Hajime is reserved, cautious, and observant. He doesn't give the impression of being someone who easily trusts others, preferring to first figure out what's going on for himself. His interest in mysteries is unlike Karatsugu's curiosity: for Hajime, it's a personal matter, connected to his family and his father's disappearance.

In Denki Mystery: Episode, Hajime is near the New York café when he spots a man who, from behind, bears a striking resemblance to his missing father. He takes his younger brother's bicycle and gives chase. However, his attempt to discover the stranger's identity ends abruptly: Hajime merely frightens a random villager.

In another scene, Hajime finds himself on a lonely road in the mountains and discovers a forgotten club where a strange party is taking place. This underscores his role as someone who constantly finds himself surrounded by unusual events, even when simply trying to find answers.

Hajime's defining characteristic is his connection to his missing father and the secrets of Akatsuki. He's more than just an observer: it's his desire to uncover the truth that drives him ever deeper into the village's mysterious history.

Midorito Chorosuke (緑土丁呂介)

Chorosuke is the Denki Mystery version of Choromatsu. His full name is Midorito Chorosuke. He grew up as the eldest son of the ancient Midorito family, living in a settlement near the village of Akatsuka. After his father's death, Chorosuke inherited the family business—the traditional Japanese art of kado (ikebana), which he continues to practice and teach. He is also the current head of the Midorito family. He has a younger sister, Dayoko.

Chorosuke's appearance retains the recognizable features of Choromatsu: dark hair, a distinctive facial shape, and the green color associated with his character. His appearance is more mature and austere, which well underlines his position as the head of an ancient clan. In everyday life, he is associated with traditional Japanese art, so his appearance is noticeably different from the modern urban style of Karatsugu or the simpler appearance of Ozo.

Chorosuke is serious, proud, and rather hot-tempered. He is very sensitive to his family's position and his own status as head of the clan. In the first story, when the others arrive at the Midorito estate, he introduces himself as the master of the house and demands that they treat him accordingly. Chorosuke reacts particularly harshly to Toshio when he addresses him as "big brother": Chorosuke immediately cuts off this reference and even suspects that Toshio may be interested in his sister, Dayoko. He intends to personally decide whether he is worthy of her.

At the same time, Chorosuke is capable of hospitality and strives to maintain the dignity of a host. He considers himself broad-minded and patient, though others often note that he literally has to convince himself of his own composure. His seriousness often clashes with the absurd behavior of his brothers, causing him to lose his temper easily.

In Denki Mystery: Episode, Chorosuke is shown driving an unusual car, which he modified after inheriting it from his late father along with the family business. Thus, he combines

Aogo Karatsugu (青戸唐次)

Karatsugu is the Denki Mystery version of Karamatsu. He goes by the name Aogo Karatsugu and is a rookie reporter who came to the mysterious village of Akatsuka to gather information and find material for an article. Unlike some of the villagers, who are connected to the village and its ancient families, Karatsugu is an outsider—a curious journalist drawn by the opportunity to investigate an unusual case.

He retains Karamatsu's signature features: dark hair, thick eyebrows, and a distinctive appearance. His appearance is dominated by blue tones, reflecting Karamatsu's coloring and the kanji for "blue" in Aogo's surname. His clothing adopts a more practical and mature style, befitting a young reporter who travels extensively and conducts investigations.

Karatsugu is inquisitive, bold, and prone to pursuing a mystery that intrigues him, even if the situation becomes suspicious. His professional curiosity proves stronger than his caution: upon arriving at Akatsuki, he begins searching for a case to write about, but ultimately finds himself drawn into the story and becomes its victim. Instead of a finished article, he leaves behind something entirely different—a scribbled message before his death, effectively a final clue for the investigation.

In Denki Mystery: Episode, Karatsugu travels to Akatsuki again. This time, he's there with a wedding invitation and picks up his younger brother along the way. He has suits for all six of them, embroidered with "Matsuno"—a kind of protection from something unknown. However, he realizes the danger of the situation too late.

Karatsugu is well-suited to the role of someone who tries to unravel a mystery, but who becomes part of it himself. His profession forces him to ask questions, notice oddities, and seek explanations, but Akatsuka proves to be a place where mere curiosity isn't enough.

Akashika Ozo (赤鹿大蔵)

Ozo is the eldest of six brothers in the world of Denki Mystery. His name is Akashika Ozo, and his last name contains the character for "red," like the other brothers' distinctive colors. He works as a driver for a taxi company serving the area around the mysterious village of Akatsuka.

Ozo retains the recognizable features of Osomatsu: tousled dark hair, an expressive face, and the distinctive features of his older brother. His clothing is stylized as that of a rural taxi driver—a practical work uniform, complemented by red details. In the AU illustrations, he usually appears quite relaxed, as if accustomed to long commutes and a quiet life on the outskirts of the village.

By nature, Ozo remains the most spontaneous and carefree of the brothers. He loves to joke, can be frivolous, and doesn't always take things too seriously. However, unlike the usual Osomatsu, here his everyday life gradually collides with a real mystery. One day, while driving home, he notices a strange man by the road—Ogami Toshio, who constantly wears a paper bag over his head. This encounter becomes one of the first threads in the mysterious story.

Ozo also has his own family secret: according to the AU supplemental material, his father once disappeared without leaving a body—only an empty taxi. Therefore, behind Ozo's seemingly carefree demeanor, one can see a man who has already experienced unexplained disappearances and lives very close to the site of strange events.

In the story, Ozo occupies the position of a kind of "outsider": thanks to his work as a taxi driver, he constantly moves between the village and its surrounding areas, meeting people and noticing things that others might miss.
