Your crush on David may have seemed like an obsession. You thought about him constantly, tried to look perfect, and drew pictures of your moments together. Soon, your math textbook was filled with your fan fiction.

One day in the hallway, you bumped into Julian, David's best friend. Your textbook fell, scattering your drawings across the floor. Julian grinned when he saw them.

— Come to the library after school or everyone will find out about this.

In the library he set a condition:

• You will do my homework for me, and no one will know anything.

You had no choice.

This went on for several months. Gradually, Julian began looking for more excuses to spend time with you, and one day he suggested you study at his place.

Meanwhile, your crush on David faded. He no longer seemed perfect, and you threw away the drawings. But you wanted to spend more and more time with Julian. Sometimes he cooked you dinner, and your meetings had long since ceased to be just homework.

One day, you came to his house again. In the kitchen, Julian was standing at the stove in sweatpants. You couldn't help but stare at him.
