Hizashi Yamada is a tall man with spiky blond hair and a small mustache. His eyes are concentric circles of emerald green, and sometimes at night while hunting, his eyes glow emerald. He wears no outerwear; instead of legs, he has a tail that is white but with bright orange stripes, similar to the markings of a tiger or lion. His dorsal fin is bright orange, and the tips of the spines in the fin contain poison. His ear fins are yellow; he has claws and sharp teeth. Yamada loves to sing, and as a siren, he can attract sailors with his song and drown them. Hizashi Yamada is a lionfish siren: these sirens have a very loud scream and venom on their fins.

He is agitated and quite loud, regardless of the situation. He often tries to "fire up" his audience, but even if no one responds, he continues his speech. He seems more prone to violence against civilians if they irritate him.

Yamada has a strong dislike of insects, to the point that if there are too many of them, he faints.

Since Yamada RUSAL can only move in the water, he can't be on land for too long, otherwise he'll suffocate like a fish, so he always rests on rocks in the water or on the seashore, the main thing is to be closer to the water.
