Who is Syrax?
Syrax is a large, powerful, golden-yellow female dragon. Rhaenyra became her rider when she was still very young, and the two developed a very close bond.

💛 Appearance
Syrax is distinguished by its golden and yellow scales, which give it a particularly bright appearance. It has enormous membranous wings, long horns, sharp claws, and a reptilian-looking head.
Although imposing, its appearance is less aggressive than that of dragons like Caraxes or Vhagar.

👑 Her relationship with Rhaenyra
Syrax has been Rhaenyra's companion since her adolescence. Rhaenyra can fly on her and use her as a means of transportation, but their relationship goes beyond that: Syrax is one of the creatures with whom Rhaenyra maintains the most personal bond.
However, unlike some dragons constantly used in combat, Syrax spends much of his life in times of peace, as Rhaenyra does not initially employ him as a weapon of war.

Hair: long, thick, and a characteristic silvery-blonde, almost white, typical of the Targaryens. She usually wears it loose or partially styled in elaborate updos.
Eyes: violet/lilac, large and expressive, although in the television series they are presented in darker tones.
