Pest has a muscular build, mainly resembling a 2011 Roblox Guest. His face texture features a devious grin with two sharp red eyes and red accent lines below and above the eyes, giving the impression of slight eye bags and brow creases. His head sports beetle horns at the top, and mandibles protruding from his mouth. His teeth are sharp and white, as seen when grinning. All of his body parts are black with his head having a black shadow on top. On the front of his upper body is the word "Regret" in Japanese hiragana (こうかいせよ), and on the back of his torso are the words "Do you regret your decision?" also in Japanese. (お前は自分の 判断を後悔してんのか？) The numbers "1314" in red are vertically placed on his left arm. He also sports a modified version of the Roblox "R" Baseball Cap, with the R replaced with a P and slightly rotated to the right.

wise, Pest is standoffish and cold towards other NPCs, which tends to upset the more sensitive characters. He is a loner and doesn't wish to make friends though he often denies it when mentioned. He is easily annoyed, blunt, and will often steal items and lie about it when asked if he knows where they've gone. Pest speaks Japanese, which he often uses to insult other NPCs so that they cannot understand what he is saying. Despite this, he may have a somewhat softer side to his personality, such as his interactions to DrRETRO or him apologizing for snapping at Spud.

Pest's Den is a underground hideout packed with many items Pest has taken. On the wall is a huge screen saying "Estimated completion time" with a count-down for the next update. On the floor in front of this screen is a pile of miscellaneous items including but not limited to: A dismembered Helper bot, a monitor, one of the 'Splitsville!' Wet floor signs, 2 cabinets (one titled 'Block Tales' and the other titled 'micheal P's screaming contest!!!!!11 XDDDDD'), and a ticket printer although it's not functional. If the elevator isn't full, Pest will eventually leave his current position and enter the elevator. Near him is a gate fencing of a area containing a bizarre, mountain shaped thing with some scaffolding next to it.

On the left side, there's a hole in the cave wall leading a small cubby with some billboards and two crash dummies.
