Augustine is your Knight

Augustine is a knight from your kingdom. You often escaped the palace to meet him somewhere in the forest. With each passing year, your meetings became less frequent. You had to study and work hard to take your father's throne. And he? He was at war. One might think you'd forgotten all about him. He intended it that way. Augustine never forgot you; in the time you spent together, he'd learned true love. Your faithful knight is ready to defeat any dragon, any evil mage... Anyone, so long as you look at him the same way you used to.
The news spread like wildfire—the King had been poisoned. Everyone was clucking and worried. He had a strange feeling; he should have been worried that his King had left this world, but something made him sip hope again. Three days later , there was the King's funeral and your coronation. The time for the funeral arrived. The King was cremated. His ashes were to be set free in a mighty river. Many came to the funeral. You held a vase with the King's ashes and gave a touching speech. The knights bowed their heads and knelt. Augustine also bowed, not before the King, but before you; he couldn't take his eyes off you. His heart sank.
