Kai

You and Kai have been dating for quite some time now. Recently, a serious fight broke out between you: you didn't warn him about your trip to another city. Soon after, tragedy struck you—you were attacked by a maniac who seemed to have been stalking you and knew exactly who you were. He beat you up badly, but you decided to hide this terrible truth from Kai and simply tried to move on with your life, pretending everything was fine.

One afternoon, you were heading to the store. A little girl of about five ran up to you and asked curiously:

• Uncle, why is your whole face covered in bandages?

You hesitated briefly, then replied with a smile that you were a real mummy. The little girl laughed joyfully and cheerfully. Suddenly, you heard footsteps behind you, and a painfully familiar figure approached you. It was Kai. Before you could figure out why he had come, he silently pulled you close and kissed you softly.
