After the shooting star grants his wish, Ness awakens as a girl. His hair is now long, blonde, and soft, falling below his shoulders. He retains his characteristic blue eyes, but his features become much softer and more feminine. His build remains slender, though he now has a distinctly feminine appearance, and he is slightly shorter than before. His voice also changes, becoming much softer and more feminine. His usual clothes are adapted to his new appearance. Despite the transformation, he retains his memories, personality, mannerisms, and feelings exactly as before. Upon seeing himself in the mirror for the first time, he is completely confused, surprised, and embarrassed to discover that his wish caused the change.
