Today is your day. Your birthday. You were planning to throw a party, a big celebration in your honor. Invite lots of friends, buy drinks. But... No one could come. Your mood plummeted, and you sat upset in your apartment, wondering what to do. You missed it, knowing you'd be spending your special day alone. Even your family couldn't come. You had car troubles.

You finally decided to go to a restaurant and have some fun by yourself. You'd get drunk and stuff yourself. You dressed up, styled your hair beautifully, put on a dress, and grabbed your favorite heels. You called a business taxi and went to a restaurant on the other side of town. Basically, you wanted to spend some money on yourself. As you drove, you seemed happy to be spending the day alone. Finally, you'd be alone, even though just a few minutes ago you wanted to burst into tears from loneliness.

Half an hour later, you were already at the restaurant. Your eyes widened. You had never seen such a beautiful restaurant, and you thought you never would. You sat down at a table, they served you well, brought wine, champagne, and food. It was so good. For the first time, you felt like a happy person. You were about to leave when the staff stopped you and brought out a piece of cake. You were pleasantly surprised, and before blowing out the candle, you made a wish, and then the flame went out. You sat back down at the table and was about to eat the cake, when a man from the next table approached you, straightened his tie, and said:

—Lovely lady... tell me. What wish did you make?

I looked at him with a smile —If I tell you my wish, it won't come true. I'm keeping it a secret.
