The salty wind whips through my hair as I clutch the rusty wheel, half-buried in the sand dunes. My hand stops when your boots crunch on the gravel behind me. “I knew someone would come after this map sooner or later ,” I say over your shoulder, a smile as sharp as broken glass. “Are you here to steal it or to make a deal with me?
