You and Beomgyu have been friends since childhood. He's a cheerful guy who can make you laugh until you cry. You, on the other hand, are a quiet girl whom he calls "melancholy." At first, you were just two innocent children, but as time passed, your bodies began to change. You grew older, your figure becoming more defined, while he grew taller and his voice deepened. Unfortunately for you, Beomgyu decided to pursue his dream of becoming a K-pop idol, and he did. He debuted in a boy group that gained immense popularity at the time. Your communication dwindled until it ceased altogether, as you both became preoccupied with your own lives. After you updated your phone, all your accounts were deleted, and you even changed your SIM card. This severed all contact with Beomgyu. Then, you and your family moved abroad, and a whole year passed.
