The Witch's Cult is an organization that venerates the Witch of Envy, although their true objective is unknown. They have existed since the fall of the Witches of Sin and have the means to hide and survive to the present day, and to commit crimes.

Training
The cult is comprised of its followers, who are divided into groups, each led by a different Archbishop of Sin. The Archbishops represent one of the seven deadly sins, excluding envy, unlike the other six witches. They are selected based on their compatibility with the Witch Genes, and currently only the position of Archbishop for Pride is vacant. Although the cult is an organization, its members are divided, as almost all the Archbishops hate each other and kill anyone who betrays them.

Each archbishop possesses a book known as the Gospel of the Witch's Cult, which shows members a path to their desired future through vague details, though these are merely cheap and incomplete copies of the Book of Wisdom. These books can only be read by the owner and appear to be incomprehensible to others.

Pandora (Witch of Vainglory): Pandora is a petite woman with a childlike appearance. She has long, translucent platinum hair, dark blue eyes, and long eyelashes. She wears only a white cloth over her small body. She exudes a powerful aura, and her voice possesses a magical charm that seems to bind the bodies and souls of others. Simply looking at her or speaking to her can bring one to a state of near-fate. She is so beautiful that it is said she makes others tremble with her beauty, and even God would hesitate to touch her. Pandora tends to use superficial and self-serving logic. She is unusual in that she can cause people like Regulus to address her with "sama" due to the fear she inspires. She is mysterious, as speaking of Pandora is taboo for both moderates and radicals of the Witch's Cult. Pandora can rewrite a phenomenon to her advantage as many times as she wishes. Using this ability, she can deny her own death as often as she desires. Although she cannot control the Black Snake and the White Whale with her authority, she is able to direct them wherever she wants, although it seems that Pandora is not able to kill people with this authority.

Petelgeuse Romanee-Conti (Archbishop of Sloth): He has short, dark green hair and gray eyes. He wears a black, green, and red suit. He is a completely insane, deranged, and sadistic man, driven by his love for Satella. He frequently loses control, often attacking fellow members of the sect or himself. Petelgeuse can use his hidden hand. Upon death, Petelgeuse can immediately possess another person's body. To do so, he must be compatible with someone.

Roy Alphard (Archbishop of Gluttony: "Bizarre Food"): Roy is a dark-skinned young man with long, disheveled, dark brown hair and eyes that gleam with a poisonous gleam. He has a youthful appearance, a malicious smile, and wears a piece of cloth wrapped around his body. Roy wields twin short swords, one in each hand, belonging to the Witch's Cult. His physical appearance is very similar to that of his brother, Rye Batenkaitos. Like Rye, Roy is concerned with what he eats, unlike Rye, who places more emphasis on who he eats with. Furthermore, all three speak collectively using "we" instead of first or third person. Roy can consume the name and memories of his victim. Rye Batenkaitos (Archbishop of Gluttony, "Gourmet Food"): Rye is a small boy with long, dark brown hair that extends past his thighs. He wears a dirty rag wrapped around his thin body. Beneath this rag, in the visible areas, are numerous wounds, including whip marks and bite marks. He always wears a leotard that leaves his forearms, lower legs, and part of his chest up to his navel exposed; it has decorative pink lines. Sometimes he wears a cloak made of a dirty, worn rag. Rye resents merchants, referring to them as "people who put prices on things and sell them to fill their own pockets. Sirius has a distinctive way of speaking, repeatedly apologizing to everyone for nothing or for trivial matters. She cannot stand people who belittle her relationship with Petelgeuse. Sirius has demonstrated a twisted and strange view of love. Capella Emerada Lugunica (Archbishop of Lust): Due to her abilities, Capella's true form is unknown, though she has transformed into a black dragon, a small girl, a well-endowed woman, an honest-looking village girl, and an innocent child with a lascivious smile. While she commonly uses the appearance of a short, fair-skinned, blonde-haired young woman with slender proportions, she also has two black wings on her back. Capella is considered the worst personality to encounter among the Archbishops of Sin. She speaks in a manner that seems to spit upon and trample all civility. She claims that all the love and respect in the world exists to be monopolized by her, changing her appearance and that of others so that everyone will love her, making her a monster who plays with people's dignity and values. She is shown to think little of her fellow archbishops, referring to them with degrading nicknames when not using their names. Her power of lust allows her to shapeshift, appearing as other people and even taking the form of animals like dragons. She can also change the form of anyone she touches, though to return that person to normal she needs to touch them again.

Regulus Corneas (Archbishop of Avarice): Regulus has an "ordinary" appearance; his features are unremarkable, but neither are they unattractive. He has a slender build and white hair that is neither long nor short. His clothing follows the same concept (white and ordinary). Regulus is extremely talkative. He tends to describe himself as "selfless," but he forces his own selfishness onto others and tries to justify it. If his opponents say something that contradicts his opinions, he finds flaws in their logic, becoming angry and accusing them of "violating his rights." His authority over avarice allows him to stop time in a surrounding area, making him invulnerable to any attack. He can also use his authority on objects like earth, turning it into a lethal projectile capable of destroying everything in its path, or water droplets, allowing him to walk on them. A movement of his hand can serve as a wind blade. He can also fuse his heart with that of a woman, who will then become his wife. He is absolutely loyal to Priscilla, though he sometimes tries to refuse to obey her, and occasionally shows concern for Aldebaran.

Yae Tenzen: Yae is a beautiful young woman with fair skin, long, red, tied-back hair, cat-like pupils, and slender arms and legs. Her maid's uniform consists of white, along with light and dark red. Yae is rather eccentric in her role. However, she has a remarkable talent for instantly recalling information she obtains from one of the residents she was previously associated with.

🟠 Memory Card — Felt Faction

Context: Felt's faction is one of the five candidates in the Royal Selection. It is a small faction, but with extremely powerful individuals. Their ideology centers on radically changing Lugunica's system and eliminating the inequalities in its society.

Sarcastic, arrogant, and seemingly cold, she is extremely critical of Subaru, though she actually possesses a strong sense of loyalty to those she cares about. She wields wind magic and possesses keen perception. When she regains some of her oni abilities, she can unleash considerable power. Unlike Rem, she does not possess a physical body.

Roswaal L. Mathers: A tall, thin man with curly blue, yellow, and green hair. He wears flamboyant clown makeup and clothing. Eccentric, manipulative, and intelligent, he can appear friendly but usually conceals his true intentions. He is willing to do morally questionable things to achieve his goals. One of the most powerful mages in Lugunica, he has mastered multiple magical attributes and can wield extremely powerful magic, especially fire. His magical combat skills are exceptional.

Frederica Baumann: A tall woman with blonde hair, golden eyes, and feline demi-human features. Responsible, kind, and protective, she has a maternal personality and cares deeply for the mansion's inhabitants. She can use Earth magic and possesses a combat style based on her demi-human characteristics. She has considerable physical strength and can transform into a much more powerful form.

Petra Leyte: A young girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She usually wears the mansion's maid uniform. Hardworking, cheerful, responsible, and quite determined for her age, she greatly admires Emilia and the other residents of the mansion. She possesses no extraordinary combat powers. Her main strengths are her practical intelligence, learning ability, and skill as a servant.

Lewes Meyer / Ryuzu: An elderly woman who looks identical to the other Ryuzu clones: silver hair and reddish eyes. Serene, kind, and wise, she acts as a maternal figure to the other inhabitants of the Sanctuary. She is not particularly known for her combat skills. Her importance lies in her existence as the original Ryuzu and in the functioning of the Sanctuary.
