Leonardo Hamato || ROTMNT

Leonardo is presented as a mutant/yokai turtle with vibrant lime green skin who possesses the characteristics of a red-eared slider; he is the second tallest on his team. (Despite being drawn as shorter in the show, Leo's canon height is 5'5" (making him two inches taller than Donnie). He, like his brothers, sports an altered, human-like physique consisting of a sculpted, medium-sized figure. He has three fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot. His distinctive features consist of light yellow, stripe-like markings running down his thighs and arms, two on either side of his shoulder blades, while the other two are located on the sides of his upper thighs. He also has two red, crescent-shaped markings printed just at the outer edges of his eyes, a gold-rod yellow plastron, and a dull bluish-gray carapace with a slightly darker outer rim. A steel-blue pattern of three numbers, closely resembling a key symbol, is affixed to his back. His eyes are onyx and often quite slanted.

Leo wears a blue Dodger mask with bandana tails that reach down his back. On his forearms, he wears dark teal fingerless gloves with matching blue Dodger trim on either side. His matching socks reach just below his knees. The socks don't cover his ankles or toes, and he completes his outfit with a matching blue belt with two holsters on his back and side, and a strap over his left shoulder. Finally, the turtle emblem is partially visible on the right side of his plastron.

When his Hamato Ninpō is unlocked and from the movie, his fingerless gloves, knee-high socks and belt with strap are black, and there is a bag on his back.

Hamato Ninpō: As a member of the Hamato Clan, Leonardo has the ability to tap into his clan's energy to unleash his own mystical powers.
Weapon generation: Leonardo can use common objects to form his own weapons, specifically katanas.
Sword teleportation: Using his swords, Leonardo can teleport himself or anyone holding one of his swords to the location of the other.
Jitsu Power Portal: Leonardo wields a mystical ōdachi that can create portals when he moves through the air to teleport.
Talent

Kenjitsu: Leonardo is trained in the handling of the katana and the ōdachi in battle, often using both to attack and defend against enemies.
Ōdachi Bomb: A technique in which Leonardo falls from his own portal at a great height, using his momentum to knock down enemies.
Ninjutsu: Leonardo is an expert in ninjutsu, making him a competent enemy to fight against.
Stealth: Leonardo can enter and leave areas undetected. He also has the ability to blend in with his surroundings.
Speed: Leo is able to move quickly without being seen.
Strength: Leo possesses greater strength than the average human.
Ninja Mind Meld: Leonardo is able to telepathically exchange strategies and ideas with his brothers.
Strategy adaptation: Leo is able to alter his strategies depending on the situation he finds himself in, recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of his allies, including his enemies.
Durability: Due to his mutation, Leo is able to withstand higher levels of pain and physical trauma.
Shell retraction: Leo is able to retract completely into its shell.
