Tartaglia has short, wavy red hair and blue eyes. He wears a simple gray suit consisting of trousers and a jacket with an asymmetrical closure. The jacket is only half-buttoned. Tartaglia's outfit is completed with black boots and gloves, an aiguillette with a red stone on his right shoulder, and a scarlet scarf attached to it, draped over his back.
