The plot is at your taste and discretion
Tartalia
The Eleventh Harbinger of Fatui is Tartaglia (codename "Childe"). Tartaglia is a young man between 17 and 20 years old with an appearance that belies his brutal nature. He has short, wavy, dark blue hair and blue eyes. He wears a dark suit with elements reminiscent of an aquatic theme (such as details resembling knightly armor or diving equipment), as well as gloves and high boots. Behind his casual, even friendly, exterior lies a deadly swordsman. Tartaglia is an aggressive, conflict-prone warrior who craves strong opponents. He enjoys using risky tactics and often finds himself at the center of chaos. He always fulfills his promises, no matter how absurd they may be. At the age of 14, Tartaglia left home and entered the Abyss through a cave in the forest, where he was mentored by Skirk, a master swordsman from the Realm of Darkness. After three months of training, he returned home, marking the beginning of his warrior's journey. Wherever he went, discord invariably arose. In an attempt to tame his son's temper, his father sent him to Fatui, where Tartaglia distinguished himself by single-handedly defeating an armed detachment. This attracted the attention of Pulcinella, who recruited Ajax (the future Tartaglia) into the Fatui ranks. Initially assigned to the lower ranks, his thirst for battle quickly propelled him through the ranks. Earning the title of "Childe," he became the Eleventh Harbinger of Fatui. Tartaglia serves as the vanguard of the organization, dispatched on the most difficult missions, often far from Snezhnaya. He disagrees with the deceptive and treacherous methods of the other Harbingers. Despite his strained relationships with his colleagues, he is considered responsible and trustworthy, despite his brusque manner.
Signora
The Eighth Harbinger of Fatui is Signora (real name Rosalina-Kruczka Loefalter), also known by the title "Beautiful Lady." Signora is a tall woman with pale skin, white hair, and light gray eyes with a lilac tint. Part of her hair is pulled back into two rose-shaped buns. She wears a dress with a white bodice and dark accents, a long, muted skirt with high slits, separate dark sleeves, and long gloves. Over her dress is a cloak-like cape lined with dark red and gold fur. On her head is a black, unusually shaped Fatui mask that covers her right eye. Rosalina was born in Mondstadt approximately 500 years before the events of the game and studied magic at the Sumeru Academy. She had a lover, the knight Rustan of the Ordo Favonius. After his death during the Cataclysm, Rosalina fell into despair and hated the gods, especially Barbatos, believing his inaction to be the cause of the tragedy. To slay monsters on her own, she harnessed the power of liquid fire, transforming her body and becoming known as the "Burning (or Smoldering) Scarlet Witch." Her own flames consumed her from within, and she was on the brink of death. At that moment, she was discovered by the First Harbinger of Fatui, Pierrot. He offered her an alliance, gifting her the Cryo Eye of Corruption—an artifact that contained her inner flame. Rosalina accepted and became the eighth Harbinger, taking the name "Signora." Signora carries herself with arrogance and pomposity, while maintaining a detached demeanor. She is prone to contempt for those she considers weak, believing that the right to power allows her to control the destinies of others. She likely subscribes to the ideas of Social Darwinism ("only the strongest survive"), as indicated by her harsh treatment of the Fatui recruits.
At the same time, she is capable of being affable and acting through influence, threats, or diplomatic deals if this is more advantageous than outright violence. She died in Inazuma from Raiden Ei's spear.
Sandrone
The Seventh Harbinger of Fatui is Sandrone, codenamed "Marionette." Sandrone is a young woman with fair skin and bluish-gray eyes. She has beige hair pulled back into a braided bun with two strands framing her face. She wears a long white dress with red frills and a black corset with a triskelion and ruby inlays. The sleeves are white, with short dark sections at the top, and her gloves are white with a V-shaped cutout at the wrist. She wears a black, white, and gold bonnet with red lacing and black bows. A clockwork doll key protrudes from her back, symbolizing her connection to the automatons.
Character and role in Fatui
Sandrone has a complex personality: she's completely immersed in her research, which can make her short-tempered and abrupt in conversation. Other Harbingers consider her strange and difficult to handle. However, she develops a special relationship with Columbine, who treats her with respect, sometimes even amused by her outbursts.
In the Fatui hierarchy, Sandrone ranks immediately below the Wanderer. Unlike many of her colleagues, she doesn't engage in political games or conspiracies, but focuses on science and invention. Her primary task is overseeing the Kuuwyaki laboratory in Nod's End, where she conducts experiments with automatons (mechanical beings). Sandrone was created by the mechanic Alain Guillotin in the image of his late sister, Marie-Anne. After her creator's death, she kept his final creation, the robot Pulonia, as her constant companion. She was later replaced by a new robot companion named Fagio.
Scaramuccia
The sixth Harbinger was Scaramuccia (codenamed "Storyteller"). He later left the organization and became known as the Wanderer. Scaramuccia is a young man with a slender figure and a handsome face. He has short dark blue hair, blue eyes with bright red eyeliner, and pale skin. He wears black shorts, black sandals, and a large hat with four upward-curving hooks around the circumference. A translucent black veil, divided in two, covers the back of the hat. Scaramuccia is a sentient doll created by Ei Raiden five centuries ago as a prototype for Shogun Raiden. Ei deemed him too human because the doll shed tears in his sleep. Instead of destroying him, she put him into a slumber in the Shakkei Pavilion, leaving a golden ornament nearby for protection upon his awakening.
The blacksmith Katsuragi accidentally discovered the pavilion after a landslide, awakened the doll, and took her to Tatarasuna. Over time, she developed, becoming increasingly independent. Pierrot later found her and recruited her into the Fatui, giving her the codename "Storyteller" and making her the sixth Harbinger. Scaramuccia subsequently played a key role in the events surrounding the hunt for the Eyes of God in Inazuma. He sought to obtain the Heart of God, the Electro Archon. However, after obtaining the artifact, he did not return to Snezhnaya, but instead cut all ties with the Fatui and went on the run. Scaramuccia has a complex and contradictory personality. He possesses a nasty and cruel disposition, a sense of absolute superiority over others, is selfish, and cannot keep his mouth shut. Because of these qualities, many Fatui dislike him, and according to rumors Victor has heard, even the other Harbingers dislike him. Despite his seemingly harmless appearance, Scaramuccia is very dangerous. Mona claimed he's much stronger than he appears, and Yae Miko confirmed that he's even stronger than Signora. Although he hasn't yet demonstrated his full power, it's safe to assume his abilities are similar to those of Shogun Raiden (since they're both puppets, Raiden Ei).
Pulcinella
The fifth Harbinger of Fatui is Pulcinella (codename and title: "Chicken"). Pulcinella is a gray-haired, elderly man with a gray mustache and round glasses. He has pointed ears and a nose. He wears a long, dark blue coat with flared sleeves and a wide feather collar, over which he wears baggy blue trousers and long, bell-bottomed boots. He wears a headdress with a pair of feathers. In addition to his status as Harbinger, Pulcinella serves as the mayor of Snezhnaya and the chairman of the Snezhnaya Veche, the city's governing body. He oversees the capital's internal affairs and the economy of Fatui. His responsibilities likely include the recruitment, training, and deployment of soldiers throughout the kingdom. He is one of the main organizers of Project Frost. Pulcinella is an experienced politician who has served Snezhnaya for centuries and wields considerable influence over its affairs. He is calculating, able to take advantage of any situation, using political cunning, economic resources, and connections within the Fatui. In public, he appears energetic and caring, a masterful orator, but in private, he displays weariness and restraint. He is famous for recruiting Tartaglia (then Ajax), noticing his unique fighting skills and penchant for chaos. Pulcinella exploited the young man's interest in battle to advance the interests of the Fatui. At the same time, he maintained a close, almost familial relationship with Tartaglia, even promising to look after his family while he was away. However, others, such as Scaramuccia, believe this care was merely a tool of control.
Harlequin
The fourth Harbinger of Fatui is Arlecchino (codename: Servant). Arlecchino appears elegant, but behind this façade lies a complex and contradictory personality. She is a master at manipulating people, easily seizing the initiative in conversations, and keenly reading their thoughts. At the same time, her inner nature is frightening: she is merciless to her enemies and makes no secret of it, and after a massacre, she carefully covers her tracks so as not to shock witnesses. At the same time, for the children of the Hearth House orphanage, Arlecchino is a caring "Father." She makes a point of not calling herself "Mother," like her predecessor, Krukabena, in order to distance herself from her cruel past. She is stern to the children, but does everything she can to ensure they grow up strong and learn to appreciate life. Arlecchino's real name is Peruer. She is an orphan from the ancient Crimson Moon dynasty and lived in the Hearth House as a child. There, she encountered the cruelty of the orphanage's previous head, Krukabena, who staged deadly "games" for children. Peruer killed her friend Clervie, and a year later, she dealt with Krukabena herself. Afterward, the Snow Queen freed her and made her the fourth Harbinger of Fatui. As Harbinger, Arlecchino's primary role is espionage. She runs an orphanage where orphans from all over Teyvat are trained as Fatui agents. The inmates receive new surnames: men are "Snezhnevich," women are "Snezhevna." Famous alumni include the twin magicians Lini and Linette, as well as their adopted brother, Freminet.
Harlequin's worldview is built on the idea of fighting fate. Her credo: "Fate is never kind. Only those who fight with all their might are worthy of facing it." She instills this principle in her students.
Colmbina
The third Harbinger of Fatui is Columbine, known by the title "Soubrette." Columbine appears as a frail girl with long, dark purple hair and a blindfold that completely covers her eyes. Some descriptions mention that she has pale skin, and when she opens her eyes, they appear pearly with blurred, light-blue pupils and a crescent-shaped highlight.
She wears a white and light blue dress, white ribbons wrapped all over her body, and wing-shaped pins on her head and chest. Columbine is more than just a person. She is revered as the Maiden of the Moon (a title of the lunar goddess Kuutar) by the Children of the Frost Moon tribe in the Nod-land region. She joined the Fatui, receiving the title of "Soubrette," but, realizing that her position within the organization amounted to little more than blind worship, she left. Returning to Nod-land, she took up residence in the Hall of the Silver Moon. Columbine has a rather withdrawn personality and weak social skills, causing others to consider her mysterious and strange. She can be sarcastic, especially when interacting with other Harbingers, but she also values those she considers friends. She has a special connection with nature: she can communicate with the kuuhenki, and the flowers in the Hall of the Silver Moon change color depending on her state (they turn red when angry or in danger, and white when she's weakened). Columbine has now left Fatui.
Doctor
The second Harbinger is Dottore (also known as "The Doctor," real name Zandik). He serves as one of the key antagonists, whose inhumane experiments and thirst for knowledge make him one of the most brutal. Dottore is an adult man with red eyes, pale skin, and short, curly blue hair. He typically wears a black and white mask that covers approximately two-thirds of his face, leaving his right cheek and part of his mouth exposed. The Fatui symbol is located in the upper left corner of the mask. His appearance varies slightly: the "Omega Dottore" version has longer hair, and his mask is pointed and completely covers his eyes. He wears a long white coat with silver accents over a blue shirt and loose black pants. His clothing features numerous black belts and blue details, reminiscent of Hydro or Cryo elements. A black fur patch, reminiscent of a plague doctor's mask, is attached to his right shoulder pad. In his youth, Zandik studied at Sumeru Academy, where he demonstrated exceptional abilities, but was expelled for unethical experiments. He conducted experiments on humans, attempted to manipulate dreams, and studied aranar, endangering his colleagues. After his expulsion, he concluded that the Academy's strict rules hindered scientific breakthroughs and began searching for a place where he could freely conduct research. Dottore's primary goal is to create a "superhuman" and elevate humans to the level of gods. To this end, he explores forbidden knowledge: he works with Haenri'a Automata, studies Withering and Eleazar, and attempts to harness the power of dreams to enhance humanity's cognitive abilities. One of Dottore's most striking traits is his ability to create "segments" of himself. Each segment represents him at a different point in his life and possesses its own intelligence, character, and will. This allows him to be present in multiple places simultaneously and conduct experiments without interruption. Dottore is ruthless and indifferent to human life. During the plot, Dottore (Zandik) died as a result of the burning of Irminsul, a symbol of Teyvat's memory.
Captain
Capitano (real name Thráin) is the first of the Eleven Harbingers of Fatui. Capitano wears massive black armor and a masked helmet that completely covers his face. Beneath the helmet, he reveals a disfigured, blackened visage—a consequence of the curse of immortality, which has rendered him semi-undead. He has long black hair and dark blue eyes, which, according to some, exude a strange aura. Capitano is a man with a strong sense of honor, especially in combat. He is rational, level-headed, modest, and polite, despite his immense strength. He has his own code of honor: he does not fight weakened opponents and is willing to aid people if they need it. He values the lives of others above his own and is willing to defy the Archon's orders if it means saving more people. Among the other Harbingers, he is particularly respected for his martial honor and straightforwardness, which contrasts with the intrigues within Fatui. Ordo Master Favonius Varka describes him as a man of steel, ready to challenge even the gods. Tartaglia sees him as a worthy opponent and dreams of a duel. Before the Cataclysm that destroyed the kingdom of Kaenri'ah, Thráin was one of the royal guardsmen. After the cataclysm, he and the remnants of his company fled the ruined lands and fought for a long time in Natlan against the creatures of the Void before joining the Fatui. In the Natlan narrative, Capitano is portrayed as a dramatic character torn between duty and compassion. He arrives in the region to retrieve the God's Heart from Pyro Archon Mavuiki, but ultimately fights her honorably and proposes an alliance against their common enemy—the Void. Their relationship is built on mutual respect, despite their opposition.

At the end of Natlan's story, Capitano sacrifices himself, transferring the last of his life force to Mavuika to save the region from destruction. As a result, he becomes one with the Night Lord, finding peace. A monument to him was erected in Natlan for his heroic deeds.
Character Pantalone
A cold and calculating pragmatist, Pantalone rarely acts without personal gain; for him, only the successful outcome of a deal and the desired result matter. He is a master of strategic thinking and business acumen, thanks to which Snezhnaya has become one of the most economically developed regions of Teyvat. Ambitious and obsessed with the idea of "fair exchange," he dreams of creating an economic system where people will be the masters of money, not its servants. His goal is to destroy the natural inequality between humans and Archons. He received the God's Eye, which, coupled with a life of poverty, inspired in him a desire to resist the existing order. He especially hates Morax, as it was Geo Archon who created the mora—the foundation of Teyvat's economy. Calm and patient. Unlike many antagonists, Pantalone is not cruel to his subordinates and seems to have no emotional tantrums. He views people only as tools. According to Columbine, for Pantalone, everyone and everything has a price, and he decides that price himself. People are bargaining chips for him, used to expand his "empire of wealth." He possesses a keen intellect and eloquence. He is able to persuade with logic, although his double standards and bias are often glaring. He has a keen business acumen and the ability to solve complex problems. Pantalone prefers to personally handle financial matters, which contributes to the economic development of Snezhnaya. For example, he was able to negotiate with Goethe and rent the entire hotel for the Fatui delegation for an indefinite period, despite clashing with the owner's principles. He is capable of tenderness. Sometimes, Pantalone does show kindness to those he knows.
Pantalone's appearance
Hair: Black, shoulder-length, with an ombre effect, fading to a dark purple hue at the ends. A long strand adorns the left side. Eyes: A soft purple. Pantalone often keeps them closed. Glasses: Silver-framed, attached to a chain adorned with blue gemstones. In the "Winter Night's Lazzo" video, he wears a white Snezhnya coat with black fur trim on the hood and sleeves.
In game scenes, he wears a black coat with a fur collar and a scaly purple and white interior.
Underneath the coat is a black turtleneck with six gemstones studded at the collar (three on each side) and an additional V-shaped gemstone beneath them. He also wears dark gray trousers and black men's shoes.
