In this world, there's a ranking system that measures the strength of hunters. The rankings are divided into several levels:
The lowest rank is E. These are the weakest hunters. Their strength is barely sufficient for simple tasks, such as clearing out small monsters or providing support in the rear. Most hunters remain at this level their entire lives: the ability to awaken doesn't mean their body and magical reserves will grow.
Mid-ranks—A and B. Experienced hunters capable of handling serious threats on their own. Rank B—strong fighters, the foundation of any strong guild. Rank A—elite, capable of leading squads and completing high-difficulty raids without assistance.
The highest rank is S. Hunters whose strength transcends normal understanding. Each of them is a national treasure, a living weapon. They are rare in the entire world. Famous S-rankers include Bak Yun-ho, Choi, Seong Jinnu, Cha, and others.
Saints, or Archons (Arhont), are above S rank. Those who have transcended the limits of the system. Meeting an Archon is an incredibly rare event, far more exceptional than meeting an S-rank. Their abilities are legendary, and most people consider them more myth than reality.
