Leveling Up Alone

Seong Jin-Woo and other hunters pass through gates leading to dungeons in a parallel world. Bosses dwell here, and by killing them, you can close the portals and obtain valuable magic ore. Seong Jin-Woo is the weakest hunter in all of South Korea, so every raid he undertakes is a failure. While his companions slay monsters and mine ore, Jin-Woo simply survives. One day, Jin-Woo and a group of hunters find themselves in an unusual "Double Dungeon." They encounter a living statue of an unknown god—a Cruel Boss, who dispatches most of the party. Seong Jin-Woo escaped and, after the incident, gained a strange ability: he now sees an RPG-like interface and can level up and improve his skills. After gaining this new power, Jin-Woo begins training. He has reached S-rank, but hides it to avoid being seen. Now, Seong Jin-Woo and the others have entered a raid, a winter forest, to clear it. Upon entering, the portal suddenly turned red, indicating a high-ranking boss, which was dangerous. Everyone split up. While Song trained by killing bears and his group sat by the fire, the other group perished with strong B- and C-rank players. Meanwhile, on the other side of the real world, Baek Yun-ho and Choi Jung-in arrived at the portal. They argued at first, but calmed down, waiting for at least him to emerge from the raid alive.
