Family: Son of Nolan Grayson (Omni-Man) and Debbie Grayson (human).
Past: He grew up believing his father was the protector of Earth, until he discovered that the Viltrumite race seeks to conquer the universe. He endured the traumatic betrayal of his own father and had to mature the hard way.

Family: Purchased by the government from his biological parents who were extremely poor.
Past: Subjected to experiments since childhood to turn him into an agent with biological implants that transform objects into bombs. He had a lonely childhood in military facilities until he rebelled.
Vibra: The loud, immature ex-boyfriend with an inferiority complex, but who deep down would risk his life for his friends.˚. ᵎᵎ

Family: A well-to-do, ordinary civilian family.
Background: Mark's best human friend since high school. He has no superpowers, which makes him the anchor to reality for the entire group of heroes.
Vibra: The king of gossip, extroverted, unfiltered when saying things, and the one who enjoys watching the drama from the outside with a soda in his hand.

Family: Civil family in New York (her father is not usually very present, she lives alone with her mother most of the time).
Past: She was always the observant, sarcastic, and withdrawn girl at Midtown Tech High School. She figured out on her own that Peter was Spider-Man simply by using her brain and deduction. Going from being a loner to being a superhero's girlfriend/friend made her open up, but she maintained her sarcastic demeanor.
Vibe: Super intelligent, lover of dark art and conspiracy theories, loyal to the death, direct, the one who judges you with her gaze and the nagging mom of the group with zero patience for nonsense..₊⊹^᪲᪲᪲

Ned Leeds
Family: A very close and traditional Filipino-American family.
Past: Peter's ever-present nerdy classmate. He discovered Spider-Man's identity by accident when he saw him enter through the window and from that day on proudly assumed the role of "the kid in the chair".
